The last and final house was ok but there was a group of teens outside squaring up to fight, very unsettling! When i inquired about the one and only property that was decent i asked if we had to work locally because I've never heard of this being a determining factor and i googled this company before wasting the money on an application. they said they don't accept remote workers regardless of the 3x income. Shouldn't you be advertising that on your listings as its 2026. After reading these reviews it may be a blessing they don't accept remote work! I thought again the problem was with that specific manager, but later on a new manager and broker came on board, and things improved for one month or two, just to get way worse right after that. I cannot advise you enough to run away from this company. Pick a cousin, sibling, or a Pakistani freelancer online to manage your property, and they will definitely do a better job than this company.
