A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Definitely the worst realty/property management company in…read moreFlorida. If you don't want a lot of headaches, stay away from this company. I was unfortunate enough to work with Pepine while buying a property and had a terrible experience. I thought I was unlucky with the agent and decided to give them a second chance so when I decided to rent my property, and looked for them to manage it. The first manager was a grumpy lady that treats you ok before you sign a contract with them. As soon as she had the contract signed your life turns into a nightmare. You will be ripped off with fees that come out of nowhere, get a terrible management service, have an unresponsive crew both via email or phone (yes - they will just ignore you), and the list goes on. I thought again the problem was with that specific manager, but later on a new manager and broker came on board, and things improved for one month or two, just to get way worse right after that. I cannot advise you enough to run away from this company. Pick a cousin, sibling, or a Pakistani freelancer online to manage your property, and they will definitely do a better job than this company. For example, as per today's date, I am begging for them to send me one document (a lease), and they've been ignoring me for 4 months but still charging me (and sometimes double charging me a management fee). Pepine won't forget to charge you an arm and a leg to manage your property or sell your house, but for sure this is the only thing they will care about. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Chris is a professional first and becomes a friend by the end of the process. Chis is well known, talented, and gets the job done. He answered any and all questions and was a true pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Chis Bien with Pepine Reality. Betsey and her team are awesome. I only interacted with a few other people while looking, but they were awesome. Pepine Reality is a wonderful company and represents Gainesville, FL to the best of their ability. If you are looking for a home to buy or are looking for a listing agent to sell your home, trust Pepine Reality! They did me right the full process and I know they will treat you right during your process as well.

Since the installed replacement cost have more than doubled for just a single stage 15 seer system…read moreand 3-4 times higher for an 18+ seer variable speed condenser and air handler system, I began researching different systems and vendors. During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all. Thanks again to: Isaiah Luke Appliance Repairs!
