Lost a key to my vehicle. Asked Be Secure if they service within my area. Ms Brittany said yes we do. I provided her the make and model of my vehicle and she placed me on hold to check her schedule. She was able to contact her locksmith JJ and scheduled me with a same day appointment. JJ texted me and told me he was on his way to my location. Once he arrived he accessed the situation, verified make, model and year of my vehicle. Walked me through what he was doing and began to prepare a key to access the locked vehicle. After unlocking the door he was able to gain access after putting key into the ignition switch to the on position and then went back to his service vehicle after gaining an access code via a computer diagnostic code from my vehicle. JJ made two sets of keys that I had requested. He made sure that the two keys I had requested work to start the vehicle and lock the vehicle. JJ was a true professional locksmith. Amazing service! We had an emergency situation last night (my 2 yr old locked herself inside the house). The locksmith (I think his name was Bill) was there within 30 minutes of my call. Service was fast and friendly. Upon being reunited with my daughter, Bill informed me that in the event that a child is locked in a vehicle, their services are free. He said "Our company cares more about the safety and well-being of the children in our community than any kind of profit" as far as he was concerned a child being locked by herself inside a house was just as dangerous as a vehicle. Bill arrived at the time he said he'd be at my home and given the fact it is a heat index of over 100 degrees today I was happy that he arrived fast and on time. Silly me had changed key rings over the weekend and did not verify i put the right key for the lower lock on my new key ring. After a long days work and ready to get off my feet I did quickly realize what I had failed to do and had no option but to call a locksmith. Max came out to my house today to do some work on a lock. He called to let me know he was on the way. This was followed up with a text message that included his picture. Not only did he arrive on time, but I knew what he looked like, so I could be sure he was whom I was expecting. He immediately set to work, masked, I might add, even though it was mostly outside and in the garage. He took care of the problem, cut me a couple of new keys, and was on his way. I locked my keys in my trunk with no way in. I called them because they were quicker than AAA the dispatcher said it would be about 30 minutes for the technician to arrive.
