Called to have 2 keys made, I told him I would meet him at big lots he said he would be their in 20…read moreminutes an hour later no show called him back he said he would be there in 15 minutes 30 minutes later he showed up. He did apologize but when he went to make the keys he didn't have them and said he would have to order them. When they did come in and he made them, I took them and tryed them out they wouldn't even go into the door. I looked at the pattern of the teeth and they weren't even close. I called him up told him he said he would refund me my money. No show I texted him three different days and no response, so I guess I'm just out $20 it's a shame because he lived so close to me but I won't be doing any business with him anymore. And you call your business Prolock.
