He arrived on scene at ninja speed, fixed the tire within minutes, and essentially saved the day. The following day, I had the further misfortune of yet another blown tire on my personal truck, in the middle of a busy intersection around rush hour. I called Rick and once again he delivered. Being stranded on the road is very stressful and sometimes scary. Being able to call someone who is reliable and competent is a huge relief. We still had several hundred miles left ahead of us on a Sunday evening. Lewis Murray Tire appeared closed, but we decided to give them a quick call (the signs said 24/7 service) and were connected to the nicest woman who promised to get someone down to the shop within the hour. She personally arrived with David who got our tire patched and helped us get on our way safely. Probably a little pricy for the late night service but worth every penny to avoid getting the donut spare put on by AAA! We could not be more grateful for their kindness and help in what could have been a huge headache. Highly recommend!

I have has a commercial account for several years. I have walked away from this company several…read moretimes and keep going back due to their location. Today is the last straw. The driver was very polite as he basically told me to F Off. I wanted the driveshaft pulled on my commercial truck and the driver wanted to pull the axel. Every other driver has pulled the driveshaft on this truck. It's simple to pull the axle and you don't have to crawl under the truck. The driver told me he would only tow it by pulling the axel and he would t pull the driveshaft. As I called dispatch, the driver started setting the truck back on the ground. He had pulled one of the rear tires onto a wood block, crushing it nearly to the rim because the truck was loaded. He didn't see any issues with causing that much stress to a drive tire. Dispatch sided with the driver and I told them to close my account. In the past I have had extremely long wait times, poor communication, and argumentative management. On the same note, I have had drivers who have gone above and beyond as well. But the company as a whole is not good.
