Andrew's two-man crew repaired/rewired a 40 x 15 dog-yard with black chain-link fence for my new puppy (after larger dogs left gaping holes years ago). They replaced a 4-foot gate and repaired another. They also repaired and rewired a 12-foot drive-through entry gate to my back yard with chain-link. They guys worked really hard in 98 degree heat (felt like 110) for several hours over two days. They redug posts to fix gaps from the gate to the posts so the puppy couldn't squeeze through. They were very understanding, professional and respectful. I could not have asked for anything more. The end result is a secure yard and the fence and gates are absolutely perfect. Andrew said he was 3-4 weeks out from doing my project and he called right at 3 1/2 weeks and was ready to go. The price was fair-came in around $100 less than the other two estimates I received. The quality of the workmanship was very good, however the wood they used started rotting away after a couple of years even though it was sealed and stained. We routinely get compliments on our fence, which has a unique design that coordinates with our Craftsman bungalow. Andrew, the team leader, was assiduous in placing the lumber so it covers the poles and is aesthetically pleasing. Moreover, the fence has aged well, and they stood by their word when they said they would be happy to make any adjustments to the gates if needed as the fence settled. One small note, the team did take a bit longer than they said to start on their job, but, once they started, the job was done well and fairly efficiently. This company removed a fence and was headed South on 441. A piece of the fence was not secured and a piece flew off of their trailer striking my windshield. After numerous attempts to get them to pull over, they finally do so. I show them the damage and they showed remorse and gave me a business card. They were trying to get me to get this fixed with my own car insurance instead of running it through their insurance. After 3 weeks of attempted calls, I was finally able to connect with one of the sons/grandsons on facebook. They pressured the owner to call me. That evening, i sent him a video showing the damage. No call back for 4 days, so I sent a text asking for a resolution. They then now claim, that they will not cover the damage because they do not believe that the piece could have caused the damage. They did not consult any professional to assess the situation, but just did not want to settle the issue. They also stated that this happens often and usually people just get it handled with their car insurance. This is due to their negligence, not mine, so it should not be my responsibility. read more
