Rightfully so! He and his fence builders, (David, Danny and Michael) are super nice. Andrew explained the process clearly, and in the end, he was true to his word! From our initial meeting to completion, it was an easy, pleasant and perfect experience for my now private backyard. Additionally, communication A++. Thanks guys!!!

I wish they would have taken the time to vet you to see all your poor reviews. Apparently, I am not the only disappointed person who is unhappy with your dismal performance and salty attitude. And, I also concede that it is NOT our personal fence but it IS a fence I am forced to look at every day from my dining room and living room. Furthermore, it is NOT MY JOB to remind you to come finish the job you started. You were the one who said you would be back in a "couple of days". Now you seem to have no recollection of my (excuse me, HPW's) job and what remains unfinished. We will pay someone else to complete my (HPW's) job. DO NOT PLACE ONE STEP ON OUR PROPERTY OR I WILL HAVE YOU TRESPASSED. As of now, I have been forced to close the blinds to try to block out this nightmare you created. It actually looked better before you did the absolutely minimal, poor-quality work that you did. Shame on you for calling yourself a "professional". You are a far cry from that designation.

They added a 6' fence to keep our chickens safe from predators, built two enclosures for our roosters, and turned an old green house into a large aviary. They've been so awesome we're looking for more projects for them to tackle. Hiring Robert and Fencing America is one of the best decisions we've made at the farm!

The fencing work itself was pretty good…read more I made the mistake of paying him for the labor(at his request because he needed it) before the job was done. He said he needed it and would be back in two days with someone to help him install the automatic gate openers. I have been chasing him ever since, for almost two months now to get the job done. He ignores calls and texts, when I finally got through by saying I would show up at his place of business which is also his house, he finally got back to me, but still has not installed my automatic gates so I can have others get in and out of my house. The gate materials were not the ones that I gave him the money for and were much cheaper. I have been trying to contact him just to get all the materials so I can have have someone else finish the job but so far have not been successful with that. I am just trying to have others avoid my mistake.

Fence companies in this area are an interesting bunch. One company returned my call 5 days later,…read moregave me a price, I said OK, then could NOT get a hold of them again. One was away on vacation for a month, got back to me weeks later. One company came by, but could not get a written quote out of them. Two never called me back. One had so many bad reviews I didn't call. In all fairness a few others would have done the job BUT Scarlett and Chris with A Better Fence Installation, LLC were wonderful! They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls! Very busy people so started a bit late, but they worked VERY hard virtually around the clock to get our job done. 230' of 8' wood fence, no small chore. Their crew worked tirelessly, diligently and always in a good mood even working in the dark and the rain. Just REALLY good people. Do yourself a HUGE favor and save time and money and don't bother to call anyone else!
