He said he needed it and would be back in two days with someone to help him install the automatic gate openers. I have been chasing him ever since, for almost two months now to get the job done. He ignores calls and texts, when I finally got through by saying I would show up at his place of business which is also his house, he finally got back to me, but still has not installed my automatic gates so I can have others get in and out of my house. The gate materials were not the ones that I gave him the money for and were much cheaper. I have been trying to contact him just to get all the materials so I can have have someone else finish the job but so far have not been successful with that. I am just trying to have others avoid my mistake.

No one called me to say that it would not be finished. I called and was AGAIN promised that Saturday it would be done. AGAIN, no one showed. I called back and was told I would have to wait until Monday. I called TWICE Monday and was PROMISED that workers would come and finish, by the salesman Dean and the OWNER who was also present. I came home from work and no surprise, no work had been done. Flat out lied to three times. I have an animal rescue and needed the fence done for rescued animals that were to arrive Saturday. I cannot express how difficult it is to find housing even for one night let alone 4 for farm animals. It ended up costing me thousands and put undue stress on already stressed out animals. This company is not reputable and cares so little about their customers that when I called to complain, Dean hung up on me. AVOID THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY AND GIVING YOU LIP SERVICE. DISGRACEFUL!

They were friendly from the start, immediately met with us, got us a written estimate immediately and we worked out terms and start date. They were very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls! Very busy people so started a bit late, but they worked VERY hard virtually around the clock to get our job done. 230' of 8' wood fence, no small chore. Their crew worked tirelessly, diligently and always in a good mood even working in the dark and the rain. Just REALLY good people.
