I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. The Best Restoration doesn't keep its promises at all.

If you check "Standing Solutions" web-site, the address is the same as the store's, 900 NW 76th Blvd. Hmmm... (Go to Better Business Bureau website, look up "Installations Made Easy". You will see many horror stories similar to my experience with "Standing Solutions"). Joey Galasso hangs out at the Floor and Decor store in Gainesville with the blessing of the store management. Joey Galasso gave me the impression that he and "his employees of 8 years" would install 1500 Sq. Ft. of tile in my home, also rebuild and re-tile a shower pan and roman tub surround. I became suspicious when the quote he submitted had no breakdown of any of the verbally stated tasks to be completed and the measurements were incorrect. Against my better judgement, I hired him to do the floors only. He sub-contracted the job out, did not return any calls with questions I had during the job, then refused to pay the sub-contractors, putting my property at risk of a lien being attached. I would order materials from them again. On the erection side is where there are real issues with reliability and quality. Extremely low quality personnel, do not show up when they say, really struggle with erection, don't stay with the job until completion. Do not recommend using them for construction. You pay premium but you don't get premium performance - they sub to low quality crews and do not properly supervise who they sub to assure performance. I gave this three out of five because all the detractor was on erection, not the materials.
