The carpet looks like and feels like new again. It is fluffy and soft and looks really white again. I can't believe the difference it made and for a very good price, just $50 for our whole house via a coupon on Gift Certificates and More. The technicians arrived punctually and were very professional and friendly. They had these cool little foam lifting pads they used for our furniture which lifted it up out of the way so they could get underneath our tables and chairs, etc.. Everything came out really well and they were done in less than an hour. If you want to have your carpets looking and feeling like new again without paying to replace it, I highly recommend these guys. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. Thank you Best Restoration!

I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

This time the floor installer he sent for my project…read more (Josh, Legacy flooring) showed up mid morning for work (10-10:30), the process took twice as long to complete (yes, floor glue was difficult) but the installer came at 10:30, left at 12:30 for two hour lunch on two days. The installer did not put up a dust screen barrier- leading to sawdust smell and fine mist of sawdust in my whole house. Unprofessional. I had to paint the quarter rounds myself bc this isn't included in the estimate??? 3 hrs of painting on my part for this job. I called the number and got Brendon, the owner's son and he was great to deal with. We discussed the job and he can out to the house and did a walkthrough. He gave me the options and we worked out the pricing. From there, he was great - worked with me on the floor stain color, the cove base color, and we texted regularly as we worked on it. During the job, after they did the first 'grind' of the concrete floor, they realized that some of the floor had stains that were deeper - the stopped what they were doing and started over grinding! Such attention to detail, it is craftmanship that's just not seen nowadays. The floor came out AMAZING and these guys went above and beyond - I recommend them to everyone.

Forest and Dana Olsen have been in the flooring business for decades (formerly Tile Contractors…read moreSupply). They are a class act! I've always said that you don't judge a biz by what happens when everything goes perfectly, but when things go a little askew. How a business reacts to a problem is what separates the best from the rest. We only had a small problem with grout color( I could've cared less, but the wife...). They treated this minor issue like it was a dire emergency. They have ALWAYS exceeded my, & even more difficult, my wife's expectations by huge margins.
