I paid the $75.00 application fee, I was contacted by the office and advised I needed a guarantor to be approved. So I asked the reason why because as I stated before i was well over qualified. I spoke with a manager about the issues arising issues they decided the guarantor wasn't necessary and lead me to believe I would be approved and able to move inn on the following Monday. I was contacted Monday by their office and advised that they decided to decline my application. This clearly was discrimination based on my ethnicity.
