Mr.Aaron Bosshart thinks we should have done more due diligence though it didn't happen to be pouring rain the month we purchased. Due diligence is not an issue if the seller knows of a problem. I replied by email that I had found a few that I wanted to see, said I was sorry I had missed her call, and asked when would be a good time to call back. And then... nothing. I never heard from her again. I called her back the next day, and left a message, but received no further replies by phone or email. The unprofessionalism was striking. I would actually have preferred no response at all to my initial email. As it was, I thought that I had found a realtor, and essentially wasted a day waiting for a call back that never came, time that I could have used to find another realtor. Why Meg could not have simply sent an email saying, "sorry, but I'm not accepting new clients at this time" is hard to understand.

We were buying the home we had been renting for almost a year and we needed to act quickly, yet responsibly and as informed as possible. Initially, the listing agent had approached us to represent both sides of the sale. I am grateful we did it go that route as I am confident we would not have been ethnically represented. Donavaun really looked out for us to make sure that we were buying a sound home and that any repairs that needed to be made, were made. There were some intense moments with response times (or lack of- I am trying to be diplomatic about the listing agent) from the sellers side but Donavaun was consistent and honest with us. We were first time home buyers and as soon as we started looking into the process Donavaun reached out to us to offer his assistance. We told him a few houses we had seen online that we wanted to look at and he was able to arrange viewings within the week (often the very next day).
