purchased two sets of Clara Clark bed sheets which did not fit my 10" thick mattress and was supposed to fit 14" mattress, and they were very low quality. I took only one fitted sheet out of original packaging and carefully folded back up and was able to return to original package. Contacted BB&B for an RMA which they issued and was told they would deduct the return shipping charge from my return. I agreed to their terms and returned the sheets. However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible. read more

I am a big fan of Bed Bath and Beyond! I go to these stores when I have a little extra money floating around and I want to buy something new and fun! This is exactly what I did this most recent time. I went in and bought an egg mcmuffin maker! It was also on sale! I love just walking around this store and seeing all the different stuff. No matter which Bed Bath you go into the set up is pretty much the same. The location in Gainesville was a little dirty and not very organized. I asked an employee where something was and they walked me to it, but when we got there the employee said, wait this is not what you are looking for and then told me the store is not the best organized. I thought it was interesting hearing that from an employee. But overall we found what I was looking for and it works great! I have used it a ton now! I would recommend this place! What's not to love! Staff are always nice, coupons galore, and plenty of fun stuff you never knew you wanted! Coupons never expire, you can use multiple coupons at once, and if they are out of something they will order it online for you and have it delivered to your home for free! Love getting K-cups here because of the wide selection. LGBT friendly too, love seeing gay couples starting registries here. read more

Most of the items here are cheaply made and completely useless. The staff, however, is always very nice and helpful. They always send out coupons in the mail so if you are diligent about clipping, I'm sure you could get some good deals here. It's probably worth a trip here if you're doing some holiday shopping and need some ideas. read more

They have a ton of stuff squeezed into this store. Some good, some cheap quality. Some items are a little pricey. They have decent sales and mail our coupons, you can even get them emailed/texted to you so that can help if you're buying quite a few things. You can double, triple, quad up on coupons so don't think it's only 1 per purchase, it's 1 per item. That's where the savings kicks in! As far as staff think it's 50/50 sometimes they seem to have people on the floor who are friendly and willing to help and I've also been there when people are either no where to be found or they act annoyed that you're asking a question. So 3 stars for the 50/50 customer service. read more

I've been here twice. Once to pick up a few things before heading to Home Depot and I guess the cashier decided that sweat pants and a t-shirt weren't good enough dress for her store because she went out of her way to make me feel like I didn't belong there (after she had a very nice, friendly conversation with the old lady who checked out in front of me). The second time to grab a few storage containers. When I went home, the lids looked cheap so I looked for online reviews. On their own website, the containers had 90% 1 star reviews complaining about the lids. Shame on them for still selling them. read more

I like B-B-B. They have decent stuff, lots of it, and pretty good prices. And they lore you in with 20% coupons all the time. Yeah, they get annoying sending you one every month. But I always have one when I need it. And, best of all, they have a NO HASSLE return policy. If you don't have a coupon, buy it now, and return later with a coupon. You can do an in-place exchange and use the coupon. You don't even need to bring the item back, just stop by. I like them. read more

I just experienced my first Pack and Hold moving my daughter to college from NY to Gainesville Florida. I was nervous for months about this process, how could it run smoothly? Organized enough? Sufficiently staffed? The lines....ugh. It will be a mess. Well, much to my surprise it was impressively run. In and out of the store in minutes. There was a little hiccup which was my error in not checking that all items scanned where actually in the boxes. Long story short, I called the store on Newberry to explain that we were missing 2 huge items and that someone must not have pulled the 3 rd box. I spoke with William. He turned a panicked situation and instantly made it right. He checked the order. Confirmed that only 2 pieces were missing. Apologized for the error. Told me that he would pull the pieces and have them ready immediately. Asked how soon I could get there. I told him that we were knee deep in dorm loading in. Out of staters. No car available until too late. I asked if they had a delivery service. They did not. So, he brought it too us !!!!! I paid for all over the phone and in one hour I met him in the parking lot where he handed me my items. We are truly appreciative. It was a long hectic day, 100+ degrees and William came to the rescue. We would never have received this personal treatment in NY. Kudos to William. Thank you again. read more

She still gave a cute little bag with a card and envelope explaining what I had purchased. I read some of the reviews and can't believe some of the comments. I am a loyal shopper of Bed Bath & Beyond and must say I have always had nothing but the best customer service. Yes they have a lot of items but that's not a bad thing. As far as cheaply made, I can go into other stores and see the same items. I know I can always bring something back if I'm not happy. If they are out of something they will order it and have it sent to your home. The coupons are an extra bonus. If your unhappy with something just don't write about it in a review, go to the store and I guarantee they will take care of you. Barbara read more
