It's such a fun place to shop if you're looking for a unique or special gift. There's plenty of parking, the staff always says hi when I walk in, and the whole vibe is welcoming and nostalgic. Overall highly recommended. Definitely check it out!

I'm not a Swift fan, don't listen to her music, but this conversation went on for a while and was very unprofessional. Last month I visited this thrift store with my elderly mother. When we entered, we noticed a…read more"service dogs only" sign. My mother has a legally recognized service dog in Massachusetts, so we didn't anticipate any issues. We spent about 15 minutes browsing and had items we intended to purchase. When my mother's back started hurting, I grabbed her small dog to help. At that point, two employees approached us in an aggressive and confrontational manner, demanding to know why she had the dog and insisting it needed to leave. The way this was handled was extremely upsetting and, frankly, humiliating, especially toward an elderly customer with anxiety in the first place. Rather than addressing the situation respectfully, we felt singled out and surrounded while simply trying to shop. I ended up taking the dog out to the car, and we left shortly after. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed what should have been a simple visit. Between the high prices and the way customers are treated, I would strongly recommend choosing one of the many other thrift stores in the area. Compassion and basic respect go a long way, and this was a very disappointing experience.
