There were all kinds of high-end kitchen wares and bath wares not to mention the top quality cabinet samples, door knobs, tile, and counter-top samples in the back of the store. There was also a fabulous section of the store with the best specialty gifts for pets. They gave me a holiday block party raffle ticket. I came back to the store this evening to take a second look. I wanted to find out if this store was as great as it seemed to be at the block party last night. The owner, Jenn was here this evening and she was so kind and welcoming. She remembered me from the party. Me and Jenn shared pleasantries then I asked if her store carried reusable straws because those cardboard straws are not working out for me. Jenn had just what I was looking for and much more. I bought three sets; I'm going to keep a set and give the other two as Christmas gifts. As I write this review it's apparent that I need to go back to Jenn to buy several more sets.

I took only one fitted sheet out of original packaging and carefully folded back up and was able to return to original package. Contacted BB&B for an RMA which they issued and was told they would deduct the return shipping charge from my return. I agreed to their terms and returned the sheets. However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible.

I asked an employee where something was and they walked me to it, but when we got there the employee said, wait this is not what you are looking for and then told me the store is not the best organized. I thought it was interesting hearing that from an employee. But overall we found what I was looking for and it works great! I have used it a ton now! I would recommend this place! Bed Bath is a fun place to go shopping!

We worked with Patti again and she listened to my thoughts on the busyness of the patterns , and very quickly she pointed us to the perfect tiles. Patti was so helpful in this process, which with so many choices can be overwhelming. Floor and Decor always has such a great selection, and is our go-to for whichever property we are working on, but as busy rental property owners, it's really nice to have someone make the decision making quick and easy. We highly recommend Floor and Decor, their fair pricing, quality tile, helpful staff and especially Patti, who was superb!

We decided to walk around the entire store since it was our first time here. I was surprised of the imbalance of product genres. Eventually, we located where the countertops were and it was the smallest section of this warehouse size store. Once we located the countertop section, we found very limited options but decided to pull samples together. There are areas where you can put samples together and see how everything looks. After we did that, we decided to leave. Upon walking out, an employee who was working the designing desk offered his card and informed us the services Floor & Decor provides, including someone coming to the home and assisting in ordering, designing, and providing estimates. During this time, I learned that not everyone likes a do-it-yourself like me. Some even said I wanted, "free work." Not true! However, the current installed prices spoke to me. I grabbed my tools! Pulling a local permit as a home owner/builder in Florida, I installed a 2 ton (24k) ACIQ-24-HP32 condenser and ACIQ-24-AH32 air handler, and related mechanical. This system replaced a 26 year old 1.5 ton (18K) Trane XE-1000 condenser and TWGO18A air handler that was showing its age -- like me. One of my main hardware vendors, HVAC direct, patiently worked with me as I learned the new system requirements. With help from Isaiah Luke Appliance Repair to do the final commissioning of the system, the new ACIQ inverter system passed local inspection! The new system is a noticeably quieter and produces considerable heat split by comparison with the previous system. The fact that the ACIQ has a higher BTU rating, (24K) a higher seer rating (18), and yet uses smaller breakers, 30A down to 25A on the outside unit and 30 down to 15 amps for the inside unit and doesn't dim my lights when it runs, says it all. I hired Aaron in September 2024 to address water leaking from our master bathroom shower, which had…read morecaused drywall damage and mold. He charged $290 to re-caulk the shower, replace the door seal, and repair the drywall. He also claimed he found no moisture behind the wall using a moisture reader. Unfortunately, I noticed staining reappearing shortly after. After multiple delays and excuses, he returned months later and said a faulty gasket was likely the issue. I paid an additional $180 for the part and labor in January 2025. Despite repeated, polite follow-ups, he never returned to do the work and eventually stopped responding entirely. Now, in June 2025, we've discovered water stains on the kitchen ceiling -- directly under the same shower -- confirming an active leak and likely structural damage. If he had followed through promptly, we could have avoided what may now be a far more expensive repair. I'm out nearly $500 for incomplete and ineffective work, and I'm incredibly frustrated by the lack of accountability or follow-through. I would not recommend this handyman to anyone.

The quoted price wasn't the cheapest, but I liked how Wes went through the whole procedure, so I decided to go with Retex. The job was done promptly, the crew was courteous. Wes was very communicative during the whole process. What I liked the most is that whatever concern I had, Wes would address them until I am satisfied. Looking back, it would be an even better experience if I told them my expectations in detail before the job was done. There isn't much rain yet, but I believe the roof will hold up in heavy rains. Even if there is a problem, I am confident that Retex will come back and address it. I would definitely recommend Retex to friends.

He did a great job helping me to make a good flooring brand & color decision, and he put his best installer, Glenn, on our project, which turned out to be the highlight of our experience. Glenn did meticulously beautiful work and we were so happy with him. My husband says that sometimes you don't really know how reliable a company is until you see how they handle issues or mishaps. Well, a big issue came up near the end of our project, but they handled it with grace. In the end, we were charged fairly and left with absolutely beautiful flooring that completely transformed the look and feel of this home. Our project involved some engineering and creative problem solving, as we were removing a load-bearing wall. Steve and Trey listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions, and we had a ton of questions! Once the remodel got started I was pleasantly surprised with how clean they ran the construction site. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, vacuumed and even ran a magnet across our backyard to pick up any construction debris. We really appreciated this, as we work from home and have small children, so we had to truly live in the construction area. Plus, I didn't have to worry about the kids stepping on something and getting hurt. One of my favorite parts of the build was the communication. We were on a group text and were kept up to date on when they'd be arriving, what would be getting done, etc. They always showed up when they said they would, and if they were delayed by another job, they were quick to let us know.
