I picked up some elderflower simple syrup that was only at $16 and it's a pretty big bottle. I will be using the simple syrup and a cocktails I make with different types of gin! The whole store was very organized. Each item has its own location I'm going to have to come back to the cake pans because they are absolutely marvelous. Also the stainless steel garlic press I really liked as well. They had a couple of Disney products as well they had a limited edition salt and pepper grinder that was the shape of a Mickey head as well as a Star Wars waffle maker and a Mickey Mouse waffle maker. The lady at the counter was very nice and checking us out and signing us up for coupons; or their email system that they do. I will definitely be returning to purchase some of those cake pans - if you're looking for different kitchen supplies especially coffee presses by highly recommend Williams-Sonoma in the millennia mall. Oh I also forgot to mention that they have their own pride collection which I LOVE. They had a crockpot type of item that had a rainbow on the side, they had their own mug set that was pride collection, they also had pride cookies and candies; as well as a pride themed cocktail mixer. Would not have guessed Williams-Sonoma to be pride friendly but evidently they are I absolutely love this!

Honestly, I feel that with a lot of the items available, you are paying an exorbitant price simply because it is Williams Sonoma. I enjoy Williams Sonoma. Recently, we had a problem in that bath and our first thought was to reach out to HKB to get some direction. We didn't have any expectations since the original work had been done so long ago. I called and was connected directly to Brad, who said that he would contact his subcontractor and get them to come take a look. The subcontractor came out quickly and took care of the problem. They were thorough and professional. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. HBK did a beautiful job with our bath and they stood behind their work even after all this time! There were all kinds of high-end kitchen wares and bath wares not to mention the top quality cabinet samples, door knobs, tile, and counter-top samples in the back of the store. There was also a fabulous section of the store with the best specialty gifts for pets. They gave me a holiday block party raffle ticket. I came back to the store this evening to take a second look. I wanted to find out if this store was as great as it seemed to be at the block party last night. The owner, Jenn was here this evening and she was so kind and welcoming. She remembered me from the party. Me and Jenn shared pleasantries then I asked if her store carried reusable straws because those cardboard straws are not working out for me. Jenn had just what I was looking for and much more. I bought three sets; I'm going to keep a set and give the other two as Christmas gifts. As I write this review it's apparent that I need to go back to Jenn to buy several more sets.

So after all the happy reviews on here, here is one on the opposite end of the spectrum. We…read morecontracted with them to remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. We contracted with them in the fall of 2021 and they started work at the end of May 2022. So, here is just a few things that went wrong... 1. They never told us they would be working only one maybe two days per week. They showed up Jun 1, 2022 to demo the kitchen and bath. They never mentioned that when the demo was complete two days later that no one would show up until the following week to continue. They had a schedule but never bothered to let us know what it was. 2. I tried calling the supervisor to ask where the workers were on the third day of construction using the number from his card with his instructions for me to call him anytime I had a question and he never called me back the entire day. I called the main office looking for our sales rep and she never called me back. I received a call from someone else within the company and was basically told that we are lucky to have someone come one day a week as we lived all the way out here in Mcintosh. After a few choice words were spoken the conversation ended. Great customer service..sheesh!! 3. The electrician showed up to rough in the new electric. They wired in a three way switch that did not work. They wired in a light in the shower area and did not wire in an on/off switch and left the light on. They used a circuit breaker in the breaker box that i had disconnected and did not tell me it was active again. They cut the cable that went to the internet outlet. The wired an outlet wrong that went to the microwave and it was not working. 4. They measured three times for the new kitchen cabinets and when the new cabinets were installed they were wrong. There was a 6" gap from the last cabinet to the wall instead of the planned three inch gap. There was a two month delay getting the new cabinet in. Of course they could not install the kickplates or crown molding until the new cabinet came in and once it was in there was a week delay until it could be installed. 5. We had a reverse osmosis system on the kitchen sink. When they went to install this system under the new sink they did not know how to get it working. I had to get it working for them. 6. When they install the new kitchen lighting system one of the lights was going to be right in the middle of the crown molding over the refridgerator. They did not plan out where the lights should be, The electrician just winged it with no regard to where the cabinets and crown molding would be. 7. The cabinet installers could not install the stove cabinets because the stove exhaust vent was installed in the wrong place. No measurements were taken. When they went to install the overhead AC vent in the kitchen, they did not measure the existing vent cover and made the hole the wrong size in the ceiling hole. 8. We had a new shower planned in the master bath that included a handheld as well as the main shower head. When they installed it they did not put in the handheld. The wall had to be cut open to fix this problem. Then after it was done and the wall plastered and painted it had to be opened up again as the diverter valve did not work for the handheld. Our hope was that after opening the wall one again they would test the system to avoid the wall being open yet another time. 9. The guy who measured the shower door for the new shower measured it wrong and when he went to install it, it did not fit. They had to reorder a shower door and that took three weeks to get the new one in. 10. The tile guy for the bathroom installed two chipped tiles. We had three extra boxes of tile and he did not consider using another tile. He went and installed and grouted two obviously chipped tiles. We had them replaced. 11. Our sales rep told us she was going to check in weekly to see the progress, never happened. She showed up maybe twice the whole time of construction. 12.Whenever something went wrong, which was often, there was the usual blame game going on. The contractor blames the sales rep, the sales rep blames the contractor or they blame the sub contractors. My honest impression of these folks was this was actually their first remodel because the mistakes they were making were basic errors that someone in the business for any period of time should not make. Two different people measured the same area for cabinets and yet they were wrong. Plumbing missed that was listed in the contract. Features ordered in the contract that were not supplied. 13. The project was complete on Sep 2, 2022. While the end result of the kichen and bath are acceptable and nice, the hell we went through along the way to completion should not have happened. A lot of errors were made that a company that has been in business as long as they have should not have been made.

I took only one fitted sheet out of original packaging and carefully folded back up and was able to return to original package. Contacted BB&B for an RMA which they issued and was told they would deduct the return shipping charge from my return. I agreed to their terms and returned the sheets. However, when I received my refund it was only $18, I had paid $71, that was quite a charge for return S&H. I had shopped at BB&B all my adult life until they closed all retail stores, was always a great place to shop. But my first purchase through their mail order business has been a disgusting experience. I will never purchase from BB&B again and strongly urge everyone to avoid buying from this mail order business as their customer service is terrible.

No matter which Bed Bath you go into the set up is pretty much the same. The location in Gainesville was a little dirty and not very organized. I asked an employee where something was and they walked me to it, but when we got there the employee said, wait this is not what you are looking for and then told me the store is not the best organized. I thought it was interesting hearing that from an employee. But overall we found what I was looking for and it works great! I have used it a ton now! I would recommend this place! Hubs was able to repair most of the beautiful hardwood floors that were ruined by previous owners but half of our home needed new flooring. Since we live in Ocala, we decided to use Floor & Decor as the option and chose to order online & delivery our first experience. We need countertops for our new kitchen so I suggested to hubs to travel up to the store so we can shop in person and browse options. We also want to weight out price options between different stores. We arrived in the early evening and it was not busy. As soon as we were about to enter the store, we were greeted very enthusiastically by an employee. It was so nice and welcoming. This store is massive! We decided to walk around the entire store since it was our first time here. I was surprised of the imbalance of product genres. Eventually, we located where the countertops were and it was the smallest section of this warehouse size store. Once we located the countertop section, we found very limited options but decided to pull samples together. There are areas where you can put samples together and see how everything looks. After we did that, we decided to leave. Upon walking out, an employee who was working the designing desk offered his card and informed us the services Floor & Decor provides, including someone coming to the home and assisting in ordering, designing, and providing estimates. We were also greeted on the way out of the store. The employees were really nice.
