No kitchen is perfectly square which can result in odd gaps when installing pre fabricated cabinets. A first design assumed (based on another contractor's judgement) that a wall was not load bearing and could be removed. The entire design had to be reworked when it was discovered during demolition that the wall was indeed load bearing. Alan reworked the design very quickly and kept the cabinet order on schedule even though the design was dramatically different and actually incorporated a small laundry room which we are thrilled about. The design involved wrapping a beverage center around a corner which was executed perfectly. We are looking forward to using our new kitchen.

After being in our home for 25 years, we had discovered a leak in an upstairs guest shower. Our…read moreplumber deduced that it was a leak in the pan and would require the pan and part of the wall tile to be removed. Since we would have to take out most of the tile, we thought we would redo the entire shower. While walking through the Bel-Air shopping plaza, we came across a showroom for CNY. They do kitchen and bathroom renovations so we walked in. We met Ray and Anneliese and immediately felt very comfortable to work with this company. My wife and I sat down with the team and chose all of the items to be added to the shower after Ray came out to take measurements. The final price came in at $15,000 and a quarter of that was put down to start the project. Once all the specialty items were ordered and in the project started. Victor started with demolition and finished at the installation of the tile. He was amazing and very nice and respectful. Did a great job not making a mess as demo tends to do. Next came Cory who finished the job and was also very polite and did a fabulous job. Our guests now have a new shower to enjoy with the latest upgrades and a spa look.
