Four years later I still have leaks that have not been fixed! So many leaks! The ridge caps on my roof continue to blow off. The installers did not remove the plastic adhesive film before installing the ridge caps, so every time there is high wind, I lose pieces of my roof and water leaks in to my house. I had major drainage issues that I had to spend thousands of dollars to fix myself. The build quality and fit and finish is terrible. ICI is a terrible company to deal with, stay away!

We drove to the community and we're directed down the road to the Welcome Sales area. The ladies there were lovely. Since we had already purchased they were kind enough to give us a pass so we could quickly check out the models. Of course we stopped at the Bar and Chill first for a quick lunch. It was delicious and we got to talk to some of the residents who just love it here. We head to the models and they are just decorated just gorgeous makes you want to just move on in. It is a beautiful community and a wonderful place to live. I hear this location is nearly full and will stop building here soon. On a side note factoid for you Jimmy Buffet fellow lovers. He does have a home here and I heard the residents all gather outside after his death. A wonderful man that I had the pleasure hearing in concert. Fins Up!

As a Walmart delivery driver, I had the worst experience with the security guard. She refused to…read morelet me in because the customer wouldn't answer the phone. I explained that I am doing exactly what UPS, Fed Ex & Amazon do & she said (I'm not making this up) that those are GOVERNMENT workers. Only USPS is government. She then accused me of not being who I say I am & I offered to give evidence to prove it, but she wanted to continue to have an attitude & refuse to help. This kind of behavior is going to prevent drivers from being willing to take deliveries in the area because now I am refusing ANY delivery in the 32124 zip code so I don't risk having to come here. Their behavior will ultimately affect residents too.​

A salesman was with a client so after waiting 3-4 minutes we walked through the model home ourselves and afterwards we continued to wait to speak with someone. The salesman finished with his client and was now on his cell, walked passed us and entered his office. He never acknowledged us. We waited a few minutes and then my husband walked into the office while the salesman was on the phone and signaled us "one moment" with his index finger. After he finished his phone call he never came out to assist us. After several more minutes we left after never being acknowledged. We wasted 30 minutes of our time. We highly recommend Toscana.
