We called them 3 weeks before returning to our property in Florida and asked them to put the property back to the way it was before they staged it. When we got back nothing was done. They came over to move the furniture back to the way it was. It took us 3 days to find and put back the items that they hid in drawers, closet and under the beds still can't find some items. read more

As a home buyer, I can say my experience with Realty Pros was a complete and total nightmare. However, all interactions with their title company were nothing but pleasant and professional. Patti McKinley was utterly unprofessional, unethical, dishonest, rude, and gives all realtors a bad name. I could write a dissertation, however, to keep things brief; there was an appraisal that she had that never materialized, as I am pretty sure it was made up in her brain. In a nutshell, the closing was delayed because of significant issues with the pool and AC during our walk-through; naïvely; I allowed Patti to have the problems "repaired," which, in turn, these people, who are friends of Patti, falsified repairs and the condition of the pool and AC unit. I bought my house in 2018 and had Realty Pros as my Realty Company. The house should not have passed inspection per an independent engineer that I hired later after finding out about serious foundation issues! The inspector was hired by Realty pros. I tried to sue him but he did not have error and omissions insurance and had no assets so I was unable to recover any of the money I had to spend! This company is well known and you see many of their realty signs in the area. They now have the new blue tooth lock box that registers everyone in and out and when they have access. The lock box can even restrict access to a home if you do not want anyone to have access at certain times. Our agent is Thomas Caffrey. Very up beat and energetic. One of the keys to real estate sales is exposure and they seem to be very aggressive at getting the information out. My wife and I meet with him at the home we are welling and then at the office to sign papers. Within a day he had the listing up and the next day pictures were taken. I have to say the photographer he used is great. The pictures look like paintings with great lighting. Now we will see how long it takes. read more

Somehow, there are two different people by the name of Goodrich involved in a VRBO scam, Tianna Goodrich and Krista Goodrich. They are both RE agents at Realty Pros Assured. I was called and informed that a VRBO booking was being managed by "Salty Dog Vacations". There is no business listing for Salty Dog Vacations, phone number or website. More importantly, the reservation was cancelled with less than 10 days notice to our arrival date, due to a "change in policy from the HOA". When asked to be transferred to "accounting" to discuss the matter and process the cancellation refund, I was told they were unavailable and that the matter would be resolved at a later date. BEWARE, something is fishy with this business arrangement. read more
