The options are spectacular but nothing unique: pastrami, bacon, avocado, and chili... man do I love their chili. It is not very good as bowl of chili but the type of chili that you can put on fries or a burger it is perfect, and it is sure to add a "protective" layer of grease to your inner linings! I could never get enough of it combine it with the chili peppers and the pickles they offer and you're set for a full meal. The staff is super friendly and the food come out quick, even on their busier nights. Tuesday nights is Bike night pack with bikers (street bikes and hogs alike) and enthusiast from around the IE and parts of LA make it out weekly for one of the best bike nights in the region. The gyro sandwich is kinda meh. The sauce is good, but there needs to be more of that, cucumber, and tomato, otherwise it's pretty dry.

I've grown up going to The Hat and eating their pastrami dips, so I never really tried any other types of pastrami food. I was introduced to Zorba's and it opened my eyes to a new taste in pastrami! Rather than a dip, they specialize in pastrami burgers, which are amazing! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is like the 80's with the bright red booths and sports posters all over the walls! They have 6 different combos to chose from, with their #2 and #3 being their most popular! The cashier is usually a sweet korean lady, or a hipster korean man ( they own the place ). Both are VERY friendly and VERY willing to help select your burger. They also have this sweet Coca-Cola dispenser that has over 100 different sodas! My husband went to UCR, this was his go-to comfort/ late night fast food. Yes, it's greasy, yes it's unhealthy. What do you expect if you're eating at a place like this? The best part is that it tastes real though. A lot of chains have a "pre-made" taste, where you know it was taken out of a box and cooked. I ordered the Zorba Burger with jalapeño poppers, fried zucchini, and fried mushrooms because I just couldn't choose! Lol the batter for everything was all fairly plain. I was it had a lot more seasoning and flavor, but it was cooked perfectly. Crisp on outside! Zorba burger was pretty good. I love that it had shredded lettuce and pastrami. Where do I even begin. I went here with my mom and grandma and I guess I'll start with the service. I don't know what happened in this cashier's life that gave her such an attitude, but she really needs to get it checked. Onto the food, I had the California burger, it was cold and the patty was thin and over cooked and all of my avocado was plopped in one spot and I ended up getting it all in one bite. My mom ordered the zorba burger, her's was also cold and the pastrami on her burger was really fatty. My grandma ordered the pastrami sandwich her's was warm at least and her pastrami wasn't as fatty, it completely fell apart though. They also charge for ranch, which is whatever but they could let customers know if they order something that typically comes with ranch, we ordered onion rings to share which were just ok. Anyways $2 per cup is a bit steep for ranch if you ask me. We had to wait in line a second time just to pay for ranch. read more

Loved going here when I was an undergrad. Please note that this is NOT a healthy place. Burgers are big and sides are mainly deep fried. I loved getting deep fried mushrooms and zucchini fries. Those were seriously heart stopping good. The burgers are decent but not amazing. The service is nice and the owner (or owner's son) went to UCR I think so he likes getting the students. I came in one morning, and ordered a breakfast burrito. The bacon inside of the breakfast burrito was raw. I complained, and it took a half hour to get a new one, at least the bacon was cooked. Came here tonight for the first time and I knew this place was win as soon as i walked in; you can add avocado to anything and everything tastes better with avocado/guacamole. Ordered the avocado bacon cheese burger and it was yummy in my tummy. There was some confusion when I went to get my food, but it happens and there's not point in getting mad. Zorba's is pretty good, been there several times. Definitely gotta hit this up if you live around the neighborhood. I have tried their hamburger, veggie burger, chicken burger and everything is really tasty. The fried mushrooms are amazing :) The price is not bad for what you get either.
