As soon as I walked in everyone was happy and helpful. They were experiencing some technical difficulty so they politely asked me to wait 2 minutes. After that I was seen almost immediately, Dr. Andahazy was extremely helpful. They had me out of there in 20 minutes with my antibiotics in hand. Pricing was fair because I didn't have insurance I had to come out of pocket and though I didn't need it they would've allowed me to make partial payment. Do not go here. The medical staff is good, everything else is a mess. There is no way to get in touch with this office directly, everything goes through a central call center, and they don't know what's going on. I will not be going back. I got x rays on a fractured bone at Zoomcare, and Zoomcare recommended a specialist to follow up with. I set an appointment with the specialist and they needed a physical copy of the x rays. As soon as I heard that I messaged Zoomcare using their system, and called too to get the records. The Zoomcare call center said the x rays would be ready in 2 hours. When I went to pick them up, they were out of CDs so I could not get them. The desk person said yes the call center doesn't know what's going on at the office. They didn't call me or tell me this in the message system. I asked if they could email them or something since they seem to have them, just nothing to put them on. They said no, it has to go through the web system and is handled by that team, which I already tried and did not get a response. Zoomcare could have also just sent them to the other office directly, since they already recommended them and should know what they require, they said they could not. I had also asked that on the web system. Or just let me download them myself! It's clear they are just trying to be as cheap as possible and cut corners rather than help people, which is a shame because the medical staff is good and the desk person had no ability to actually do anything because it seems to all be handled somewhere else. I was referred to come to the SLU office from the downtown one as the SLU office supports X-raying. Contrary to my visit to the downtown office and the other Zoomcares I've visited, I didn't feel like my health was the priority but more so getting me out of the door as soon as possible. Specifically, the radiologist or individual handling my x-rays was rude and didn't show a semblance of care. Her tone was condescending throughout the imaging and she was rushing me (mind you someone in pain) to get in the proper positioning for the x-rays. I would hope that they treat other patients with more care in the future. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not go here. They are not technically an urgent care. I was told on the phone that they were an urgent care and that my insurance would be accepted but four months later received a bill for almost 600 dollars. They let me know when I called after receiving the bill that this location is not an urgent care and that because of that my insurance wouldn't go through and I'd have to pay out of pocket. They offered me a discount which only took my bill down to about $500. They also mentioned this is an ongoing issue that they are working on.... If this is a known issue, they should be dealing with it immediately and not charging people hundreds of dollars for their error. Go anywhere else before going here if you don't have out of network coverage. read more

I was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative reviews, but I had a great experience. Both the front desk agent and the doctor were patient, welcoming, and kind. I went in for a sprained hand and saw Mike Erickson. He was thorough and asked lots of questions and felt several different spots on my hand to gauge where the pain was before sending me for my X-ray. Afterwards, he gave me a detailed explanation of what to expect while it healed, and told me to come back if there were concerns. Overall I recommend!! read more

I wasn't sure about ZoomCare because of bad reviews but two friends had great experiences with the clinic on Queen Anne. When I recently hurt my foot, I went to the SLU clinic (the QA one doesn't do X-rays). From start to finish, it was a great experience. Super easy to book online and lots of availability (as opposed to UW Medicine and other clinics). Everyone was really nice (front desk staff, x-ray technician, patient support) and the PA-C, Karin Hsu, who treated me was great. Lots of follow-up with Nicole in patient care helping with X-ray and referrals. Only glitch was their website/patient portal not being able to send a message (maybe fixed by now?) but a call got things taken care of right away. Hope I'll never need their services again but nice to know they're there if I do. read more

For the past 3 months, I've been coming here regularly for PT for a badly sprained ankle. To be honest, I was skeptical of doing PT for something as simple as a sprained ankle, but after not being able to do anything for 2 weeks, I relented and started PT. My physical therapist, Selina, was super helpful in giving me a plan and something to work towards and made the whole experience a lot less miserable. She walked me through getting back onto my feet, and with the help of many weeks of challenging yet doable exercises, I could see my ankle slowly yet surely returning to its former strength! Now, I'm back to rock climbing, running, and lifting, and I have to give credit where its due. Thanks!! read more

All they care about is taking your money and leaving you damaged I got diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder via phone call and was told by a different doctor I should see a hematologist so for three months I called my zoomcare office who diagnosed me to get a copy of the blood test and the nurse/front desk people I spoke to said they sent it and by the 15th call, she said she actually can't send it because now it's been a year since I was last seen so I need another general checkin appt for them to even talk to me. I came here because I injured my ankle and needed to get X-rays without having to go through the ER. This is my first urgent care visit ever and maybe I have to just lower my expectations or go straight to the ER in the future but there is a major drop in care compared to a normal visit with an MD. There was no physical exam; the PA didn't even touch my leg, spent maybe 5 min with me, and then sent me to get an X-ray. The X-ray technician forgot to put the lead apron on for the first image, then told me the actual radiation exposure wasn't very high as if that should make me feel better. He also forcibly manipulated my foot to get the image taken which was uncomfortable considering i just sprained it. Once the image became available the PA came out to the waiting room and in front of another patient informed me that he needed the image read by a radiologist because something looked weird. OK- thanks for discussing this in the waiting room. After the image was reviewed by a radiologist the PA again discussed the findings in the waiting room. I asked if the images would be shared with my PCP to which he responded "he can request them". My PCP is a woman, microaggressions are not cool. Would I return? Definitely not. Maybe the other providers/Zoom locations are much better but the level of care here is awful. read more

I fell off a scooter in the rain and hurt my elbow. I went to Zoom Care and asked for a splint or a brace, anything to hold it up and stationary in order to relieve the pain. They told me that they could not help me and printed out a map to a hospital. I was under the impression that they treated sports injuries as it says on the door. They couldn't even treat a very minor injury I got from falling off a scooter. What a sham. Any first year medical student would easily know how to wrap an elbow to keep it held up. I was left with an untreated STD because they either forgot my urine sample or she lied about how long it would take because I was told 2 or 4 days and my appointment was on the 9th and I didn't hear back about it until the 20th. I tripped and bit it at 1230pm, messed up my hand. Scheduled an appointment and was seen at 2PM in Belltown, sent to get X-Rays at SLU at 2:25pm and by 6pm found out I had no fractures. Incredible efficiency and competence by all practitioners. My insurance covered it but I think the bill wasn't more than a couple hundred (maybe, like $150?) even if it hadn't. So much better than waiting in an ER for something minor. read more

I had a lip laceration from playing basketball. It was bleeding heavily at the beginning so I was concerning if I need stitches to recover and avoid cosmetic problems. As an uninsured visitor, I am satisfied with the entire efficiency of the care provided by ZoomCare. I scheduled online in the morning, checked in with my passport, was able to see my doc on time, and had a quick and through examination. Good thing, it was confirmed that I don't need suture. He prescribed me an antibiotic ointment on-site which means I don't have to go to the pharmacy separately. The ointment costs me 5 bucks. The experience was smooth and efficient. Will come visit again if anything (hope not)! read more

TERRIBLE assistant. The doctor was good was able to see me late at night which is great. But the woman that signed me in was also somehow the one to draw my blood test (this made me wonder why they don't have a separate person for this) but she seemed to have NO IDEA what she was doing. There is no way this woman is a nurse. She kept fumbling and dropping the vials. She seemed unprepared and nervous but not as much as I was getting. She was mumbling something I couldn't understand. I asked if anyone else was available to do this and then she got rude and said she's the only one here. Great. I decided to just close my eyes and go for it and I heard a vial drop on the floor and she picked it up. I asked her if that's safe and she lied about getting another one because she thought I wouldn't notice. I do not trust this clinic or their safety protocols one bit. They need to train their staff better and not have them smelling like BO and being completely unprofessional and unprepared. Save your money and go to MultiCare. read more
