Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. More than any other place I've been, this checks that box. If you're looking for a conversation about how your family is doing, make an appointment with your PCP. Then the nurse practitioner prescribed the wrong strength of a medicine that I use many times and it's not a common strength that the pharmacy doesn't carry. They then call me back multiple days later and say "oh your insurance denied this medicine", and I said "yeah you guys prescribed the wrong strength - most people use a different one and the pharmacies all carry a different one. Customer service rep then tries to push me to use GoodRX instead of helping rectify the situation. Then the customer service rep who called me starts talking over me, develops a very big attitude, and then tells me "oh you're not mad at us you're mad at your pharmacist and your insurance company this is just misplaced." I was like "no i am trying to tell you something and you keep talking over me." I then ask for her name and a supervisor and she says Erika and then hangs up on me. Wow. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service. I didn't even call them- they called me. What is you with this place?

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

I scheduled an appointment online and was there the next day. Coincidentally, I had the same care provider as last time, Curtis Fanta. After examining my ear he suggested that the discomfort may be from earwax buildup. I was a bit skeptical, but after flushing my ears, I could hear again and the pain was just about gone. I kept monitoring things for the next several days, and sure enough everything went back to normal. Just be sure that you arrive on time/a little early. I overheard a convo with a guy who had come about 10 minutes late, and he had to rebook. As far as I can tell, this isn't the type of place where they triage treating patients according to how severe their condition--it's moreso about seeing patients at their appointment times. I think this is a great option for minor/run-of-the-mill concerns.
