Much more nimble and responsive than standard medical care organizations. No frills, relaxed, no fish tanks, just good easily accessible professional medical care for routine issues. Also had the opportunity to utilize a comprehensive Zoom facility for additional testing. Again, excellent attentive medical providers, less hoops to jump through, much faster access to care. Stellar service to have for the community. I realize there may be hiccups with individual clinics but the overall concept of a nimble, responsive, easy to access to medical services is much needed.

I talked with customer service, who quoted me a few hundred dollars for a visit and an x-ray on the same day. The office is in a busy neighborhood, it was rush hour, and we were 9 minutes late. I called before the appointment was to commence and let them know - no worries, they said. When I checked in, the person at the desk said they needed to reschedule me to 3+ hours later. No policy around that that I saw before or since. Then she said my visit would be upwards of $500. Needless to say, I walked (or rather, limped) out and will never return. Don't trust them -- total scam!

Then I checked the other urgent care locations and saw they were at least the same price. They do tend to prescribe medication more often here than other places, but when I've expressed concern with a specific Rx I had issues with, they were quick to find an alternative. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. More than any other place I've been, this checks that box. If you're looking for a conversation about how your family is doing, make an appointment with your PCP. If you're sick and need something addressed quickly, visit One Urgent Care.

Had a back injury while here from out of town. I saw 5 five-star reviews so I figured I'd give it a…read moreshot... but still skeptical. After having been, I can tell you that all of these reviews are completely legit. Now I was the first person in so I can't speak to the wait times but they got me back immediately with a nurse practitioner named "Netta" who was an absolute rockstar! She had amazing bedside manner, was super empathetic, knowledgeable, made me feel my concerns were all heard and cared for. I haven't received this level of total care in a LONG TIME! The front desk lady was super nice and helpful as well. She is a bright star in a world of dull providers. This was my first 5 star experience at an urgent care clinic.

I was hoping for a different outcome but I have to respect their honesty. In long A scrape on my leg had gotten infected, so I was hoping to get an Rx for some antibiotics and hurry home for the Hawks game. They checked me in in minutes, and found my insurance that had just taken effect a couple days earlier. Nice! The system texted me some info to fill out, and she told me it would list me as being seen in about 25 minutes, but it would be much sooner. The PA came out within 60 seconds to say that they didn't house one piece of equipment I'd need as part of a full eval, and I should go around the corner to the ER. He definitely felt bad delivering this news, and explained it even more thoroughly than he really needed to. I got it right away. He was quick to say that they would cancel the visit and not charge me. Even though I ended up missing the whole game, he was spot-on about what the ER would do to evaluate the infection. I got great care there, thankfully much of it in front of a fuzzy, dim TV showing the game. So I can't really complain about anything other than my own procrastination for leaving the trip until late afternoon.

Be advised: you're going to get unexpected charges. I was…read moreexplicitly advised by their customer service liaison, Kim, that if I want to avoid surprise billing in the future, I should route prescription refills through the pharmacy and essentially avoid interacting with my provider. This was especially troubling given that I was not prescribed refills sufficient to last the year. This advice came only after I received an unexpected bill following a preventive/wellness visit. During the appointment, I briefly mentioned ongoing conditions as part of my medical history and asked routine questions about prescriptions I already take. At no point was I told that reviewing my medical history would convert my preventive visit into a separately billable office visit. I was ultimately charged for both a preventive new-patient visit and an additional established-patient visit for the same appointment. When I contacted billing, I was repeatedly told the coding was "accurate," and that it did not matter that I was never informed or given the opportunity to consent to a separate visit. I was also told that preventive visits are essentially "cookie-cutter," and that discussing things like labs or existing conditions is not covered. I was never informed during the visit that mentioning my health needs would result in extra charges, nor was I given the option to schedule a separate appointment. This practice shows little regard for informed consent or care beyond a checkbox wellness exam. Patients should not have to guess what will trigger unexpected costs--or be told to limit communication with their provider to avoid being billed. Transparency matters in healthcare, and I hope this practice significantly improves how it communicates billing expectations so patients can make informed decisions.

Just not a good experience. Medical equipment and techniques are dated and incorrect (blood…read morepressure measured with stethoscope and manual interpretation ... in 2025). My vital health measurements were incorrectly transcribed, leading to wrong health data being added to my file. Doctor wanted to use an iPad with an AI note-taking "app" which is an insult to patient confidentiality and his own profession. An overall lack of interest, empathy and excitement about health and the patient in front of them is simply disappointing.
