went in for a fractured finger. i was given a hand brace but it's not one they sell, its sold by another vendor. They had me sign a form agreeing to pay for the brace (price was not on form). Later, i got a bill from Pacific Medical for $277. (a $35 brace at any drug store) BEWARE to not sign anything unless you know what it will cost. When i called Zoom about this they said they aren't responsible for cost of other vendor prices. however they should be responsible for knowing their vendors are robbing their clients. = 5 stars for in person medical attention. good care-. = 1 star for doing business with Pacific Medical equipment who is an unethical price-gouger. read more

I just need to quickly sing the praises of this facility for being so quick to help me. I saw Paula and she was so warm and reassuring when I was feeling terribly embarrassed and scared with my medical issue. I also want to thank Thomas at the front desk (I believe that was your name) for helping me see someone first thing in the morning. Being from out of state, it is extra scary and stressful finding a place you have never been to with staff you have never met but you all were so kind and it made me feel so much better. For any women out there with a feminine issue and need a quick exam, I would recommend this location. I would certainly go back if the need ever arose. read more

Tried this clinic multiple times, had to go to Interbay location which was a nightmare. Scheduling and trying to go to ZoomCare used to be easy and something with the management must have gone down the tubes. Corporate is awful, will take your money and then ask for some more. I have to admit!!! Being a healthcare provider I can say I have been a bit skeptical about the Zoom care clinics. Not knowing the Dr's qualifications to be a Dr at these clinics. Well...I had no choice. I had a very painful UTI that I knew would not go away on it's own. So I yelped Zoomcare and found it very easy to schedule an appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, Tyler was very welcoming and helpful about my insurence and at explaining their policies. Once I saw Dr Lina I was comforted and experienced a very informative Dr. She explained everything very thoroughly. Things I hadn't known before. I've delt with UTI's for many years of my life. I receive very good care each time I have visit Zoom Care. This last time I came in with pneumonia, which was previously diagnosed in a different state. My wonderful ZoomCare Belltown provider, Garret, gave me a a refill on the antibiotics I was taking and sceduled a follow up X-ray to make sure my lungs were clear. I got the x-ray in Bellvue, and the results came in 24hrs later. The front staff in both locations were also very friendly and helpful. I was very well taken care of. read more

I like ZoomCare Clinics in general, their concept of same-day appointment is great since I can guarantee someone helps me when in need. This location is central to Belltown, near where I live. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I have been going to them on and off for the past 7 years. I just wish they had real primary care division (i.e. permanent doctors) that I can build relationship with, since this is a clinic it's always different people that help you. read more

If I could give it a zero, I would. I walked in 5 mins late because I was stuck behind a train and they refused to see me and treat my shingles. They charge you before your seen though. I explained that I got stuck behind the train and literally ran there. She could see I was panting and sweating. Not exaggerating. I knocked and was let in at exactly 5 mins after my appointment. I explained that I had a flight and really needed to be seen. Not concerned for patient care. Don't go here!!! read more

Pretty useless and expensive experience. I decided to give this urgent care service a go as it is within walking distance from where I live and my symptoms felt time-sensitive. I was able to get a same-day appointment. Although peeing in a cup was as easy as it gets, a week later, when my $150+ test results came back (or rather, did not), I found out my doctor used the wrong kind of swab and thus no testing could be completed by the lab. I had to call and flag this. I am then asked to go back to the clinic to self-swab. Not only this delayed a diagnosis, but after getting it wrong the first time, I was expecting a doctor (or at least a nurse?) to step in and ensure the swab was done correctly. A month later, after receiving care from a different provider (all test results from Zoom were negative while my symptoms did not subside) I received a diagnosis that Zoom's tests failed to confirm. I can confidently say I wasted my time, money and I cannot deem any of the results produced trustworthy. read more

This place needs to get their act together. I went in to get a check up for a form I needed to fill out and I told them all I wanted was the tests that needed to be run for them to fill out the form. They told me it will be either free or cost me 12 bucks max. I also handed them the form that needed to be completed and they told me it would be uploaded onto my file online. So at the end, the guy at check out says it is over the 12 bucks max he quoted me and he ran unnecessary tests. Oh, and he needed to draw my blood and he wasn't able to do it in one or two tries. He had to prick me three times to get blood. The first two tries he kept wiggling the needle around in my arm and tells me my veins are difficult to find. (I have never had this problem EVER.) Ok... so onto my document I needed them to fill out. They were waiting for results from my blood work and those were not updated so I called them to make sure they do so and fill out the necessary numbers. They send me an email and nope... numbers aren't filled out. I call them again to tell them the numbers need to be filled out. They filled out everything but left one of the values out. WTH!?!? This isn't brain surgery. Why is it so difficult to fill out a simple document?! And we are trusting these idiots with our health? Never again will I be going to this **** hole. read more

No parking near, no recommendations on parking and they tried to give me a shoe for a possibly broken foot that would not have worked with a permanent AFO I wear for MS with zero suggestions except to walk me out the door for 30 bucks with a referral and sending me to walk around a local hospital and hope imaging could get me in. No offer to fax. The possible broken foot has been getting worse for 7 days with ice, elevation and rest. The doctor there today didn't even want to see me. She refused to have me back to be tested. I wanted a refill on my prep prescription. I had documented recent test results and was happy to pay for my copay and any out of pocket towards treatment. She and the front desk were not listening. I thought this was a gay friendly location but was quickly type casted by the way that I look for not being able to pay for out of pocket. I left frustrated because the provider didn't want to see me and the receptionist basically said I had to "quickly make a decision because there were other people with appointments." I showed up early and no one was there to greet me. I waited out front for five minutes. I do not recommend this location at all. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am in from New York on vacation. I began experiencing diarrhea and bleeding. I called the Zoom office at 2pm and explained my symptoms in great detail. The woman making the appointment said to come at 4:45. Once I got there the office staff explained they could not run labs and and in fact really couldn't do much to help. They also told me they were unable to reach my insurance company ( whose info I gave them when I called) so I would have to pay and be reimbursed. I would have come directly to the ER instead of wasting time with them. Their website specifically states they have labs. Don't waste your time going there! On a more positive note the staff and doctors at the Swedish Hospital ER are wonderful and caring. read more

Even for taking the flu shot, I can not feel any painful and her assistant Kevin(not sure) is also great. Well dressed and nice to help you draw blood. I have tried two zoomcare clinic in seattle area, this one is better than the UW clinic in the draw blood skills(Thanks kevin again). Also zoomcare system is very convinient for scheduling/ report and even next day blood test report. Thanks for zoomcare and will be back again definetely. read more

bumping this down to 1 star. the posted rates are $189 for an urgent visit (which is what i had). The had me pay more $200 in advance, then proceeded to bill my insurance $400. All they did was check my blood pressure and refer me to another one of their sites (for another equally expensive visit). if this isn't a racket i don't know what is. read more

If you like being a sucker, then please proceed. I went here in Aug as I've just moved to Seattle and lived across the street and need to set up primary practitioner. During the waiting period, decided to go ahead and try this out. Described my symptoms and did the test asked by the nurse and was advised to just start to take the pills. I didn't have what the registered nurse thought I had when the test came back after a full week (they do not have their lab onsite and the reason they pushed for the pill without any test result). Then they asked me if I wanted to go back to pay them a 2nd visit. I paid and took the unnecessary yet expensive pills because of her assessment and the lab result proved her wrong. OF COURSE NOT! Now my practitioner visit was also less than an hour and testing panel was more comprehensive and told me the result an hour later since the hospital does have labs onsite. She then called and gave me choices deciding on the right prescription. Please go to a real hospital with real labs. This place is quick and easy and no wait but you are shelling out money for no reason. read more

I am OVERJOYED that an urgent care center like this exists. They do everything right. I booked an appointment online and needed to be seen ASAP, so I got in early the next day on a Sunday. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and no one else was there. The doctor saw me and did an exam, then she provided tons of information about the possibilities of what I could have and explained it all. She even let me ask as many questions as I wanted to fully understand - although she pretty much covered it! It's kind of like they actually recognize that I'm a human being and they act like they are on my team to battle the issue. And the place is SUPER clean and modern. Their use of technology is also very modern and easy (i.e. info screen in waiting room). They were quick to follow-up with test results, payment was affordable, and they even had one of my prescribed medications on site right there to walk out with. Tip: you can also set them up to be your primary care provider. If I didn't already have one, I'd consider it! By far this was the best experience I've had at an urgent care. So glad this is within walking distance from my house in Belltown! read more

If Yelp had more than 5 stars, I would have given them to this particular location, on 2nd Avenue. Both Dr. Beth and Anne saved my life. I got here with 102 fever and a kidney infection that if it wasn't treated that day by Dr. Beth with the help of Anne, it would have became a much more serious issue. Dr. Beth blocked her busy calendar to give me the necessary medical attention. Diagnosed me within 5 minutes of meeting. Her diagnosis not only was right on, but it was also confirmed by two tests results. She also insisted on me seeing her the following day. As soon as I walked in to the clinic with shivers, Anne treated me well. She gave me hot pads, was super nice, kept checking in on me, and made both the check-in and check-out process very easy. If you are ever in need of excellent medical care, and I hope you won't, go to this Zoom+Care Belltown location to see Dr. Beth and Anne. I promise you won't be disappointed, even if you have to travel extra miles to come here. read more

ABUSE and RACiSM. Stay away from this clinic and in particular from MONIQUE McGAFFENY. I went for a visit since I was in severe pain and was unhappy with the treatment that I received in another clinic. And after I said that I did not like the doctors and the treatment that I received in the other clinic she just exploded on me. Saying that if I'm that smart then I don't need any doctors and should google myself how to cure my flu. Also she blamed on me for being sick and not getting a flu shot. Also this lady was RASIST to me saying that I should find another clinic with a Russian doctor. In the end SHE KiCKED me out of the room saying that "she is not going to waste her time on me". I've never experienced such ABUSIVE behavior in a clinic. Zoom clinic, im wondering how you even hired such a person with ZERO EMPHATHY to the pain of others and very judgmental attitude. I needed a presciption refill and unfortunately for zoomcare that means an expensive doctor appointment even if the medication did not change and had been on it for years, but I understand liability so scheduled it. I was walking to my appointment, when I stopped at the crosswalk and rather than crossing decided to wait for an emergency services vehicle to pass by. I walked into the office at 5:06PM only one minute late per the policy. The waiting area was empty and my only request was to get a refill on a prescription, no changes nor any other concerns. The receptionist Anna did not even acknowledge me for a bit then told me I was late and could not be seen. I asked if I could just get my prescription refilled as the dosage had not changed, there was no one waiting, and it was a 5 minute request (they know how quick it is for just a refill). She did not even show any hint of acknowledgement and just told me to come back tomorrow or go somewhere else. I asked for her supervisor's number and she gave me a number that went straight to voicemail (definitely not the supervisor's number). I would be more understanding if I was 15 minutes late or that there were patients waiting, or that my request would have taken an hour and disrupted other patients but there was literally no burden on the staff. This was a straight prescription refill and rather than helping provide care to a patient with no impact to others she just refused. I have had some great times at this office, Gretchen is a wonderful PA and really seems to care for me, however this experience was so demeaning and only purpose was to punish and not help that I can't in good faith call ZoomCare a place that cares. I have made up my mind to discontinue being a patient and this just serves to be a reminder that they have lost their compassion read more

We are visiting from Texas, and our insurance sent us here. The scheduling on line was very easy and the clinic surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was welcoming, the appointment was in time, the clinic was spotless, but most importantly Dr. Hanna Gordon was very caring, with our son. She was very knowledgeable, asked us many questions, and took all the time to ask our son questions and waited patiently for his shy answers. Amazing bed side manners. Her concerns were past the capacity of the location so she promptly sent us to Children's hospital. If we where locals this would be hands down our to go place for urgent care. Don't hesitate to visit this location, it was one of the best health providers I have ever visited. read more

This is my usual go-to place due to the flexibility of scheduling appointments at the last minute. During my recent visit, Dr. John Gillum has ordered some lab tests to be done. I have provided the samples the next day and I was told that the results would be out in 3 days. Fast-forward to Day 10 i.e today, I haven't received the results yet. I called up the customer care, only to be told that the sample has been misplaced by them. They said they would not be able to do anything in this regard and asked me to contact the Belltown clinic directly. I walked into the clinic this evening and met Tamara Datson, who was sorry for misplacing the samples. She clearly said she isn't involved in the case and cannot help further. I always felt ZoomCare is the future of hospitals but this proves it otherwise. Save your time and go somewhere else. Update(01/18/2017): The email response from Zoomcare: "I understand it's frustrating having to take extra time to supply a second specimen, there isn't an amount we collected related that I could refund to you." I am happy that they at least cared to response, but could not compensate for the time that was wasted. read more

We were visiting from out of town and were pleasantly surprised at the service provided at ZOOM+. We appreciated that we were not in a room full of sick people, though my son was sick in a clean waiting area. We were able to be seen when we were scheduled and that included getting our insurance info etc. They were able to get us in, diagnosed and hooked up with our meds in about 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and the doctor was more then willing to take her time to ensure my younger son(11) was cared for and on the way to recovery. read more

Been here a couple times for various ailments. Most visits went well. Here's my take on it. Pros: Fast and convenient. Quick, easy to schedule appointments, office has many meds on-hand so you can avoid waiting at the pharmacy. Cons: Inconsistency - you likely won't see the same physician's assistant twice. Some are good, others not so much. The first couple times I went there, the PA-C was kind and helpful. On my most recent visit, the PA-C Chelsea Allin did not seem to take my health claims very seriously and has still yet to come up with an explanation for what is going on. read more

Excellent care! I am really amazed! They are quick, friendly, professional, and the labs are done on site. I just moved here from Southern California. I really did not have much faith in doctors wanting to help based on my experiences from CA. I went to Zoom Care yesterday and my lab results came in today. Merlee took the time to explain to me what was going on, and the steps we would need to take. I feel comfortable and confident that I have found the right health care facility for me. read more

Zoom Care Rocks! Because of chronic health issues, I have visited a lot of ER's & Urgent Care's through the years. None have come close to how fantastic Zoom Care is. *i have never waited more than 3 min for a walk in appointment *place is spotlessly clean with a cool inviting vibe to it *everyone is so helpful *they can give you most of the meds you need right then & there (no additional trip to a pharmacy when you feel awful) *did bloodwork & urinalysis right on site I have seen PA Chelsea several times now, she was down to earth, willing to help in any she could (going above & beyond for me several times now), has always factored in my opinions & thoughts & always does follow up calls to check on me a day or two later. I have even had to go back in for follow up care & wasn't charged bc it was a 5 min visit. Unheard of! I highly recommend this place! read more
