Visited ZoomCare for an urgent care visit. Promptly got an appointment online for Juli Sweet, FNP. When I walked into the clinic and Caleb (front desk attendant) immediately knew it was my appointment and had details related to my visits and some lab tests. Great to see clinics do this ahead of your visit since it saves alot of time post consultation. In no time I met with Juli Sweet and discussed all my symptoms. She is a very patient doctor who listened to all my symptoms along with timeline and treated me accordingly. Since I had upcoming travel plans, she also recommended what I should and should not do to help make my condition better. They do have some meds in the clinic itself so if you want to save a trip to the pharmacy you can buy it from them (I did find the cost to be more than what it is at the pharmacy though). Service was very good and I am really happy with the treatment. I am very happy to have ZoomCare in my neighborhood here in West Seattle. Finally, I will no longer drive to Bellevue for our urgent care needs. Highly recommend. read more

Ms. Gross provided excellent care by listening well, paying attention to detail, thoroughness, and exhibited genuine kindness. My current Primary Care Provider is getting close to retirement and I'm seriously considering transferring my long term care to Zoom. *Please be aware that they run a tight ship and showing up late will cause the cancellation of your appointment; although I certainly don't run on time 100% of the time, arriving for Dr's appointments on time is essential for both patients and providers to be served efficiently. read more

When my regular doctor at Polyclinic gave me a "sorry, we're experiencing a national staffing shortage" message trying to get an appointment for a cough that wouldnt die, I decided to try West Seattle Zoom because of the great reviews. I made an appointment for the NEXT DAY, online... so convenient. I saw PA-C Lynn Gross and she is every bit as kind and knowledgeable as everyone here reports. Though they are required by the parent company to log everyone in/out in increments (thus the insistence that you show up on time...), I never felt rushed. Lynn took time to get to know who I was and then gave a thorough exam, prescribing exactly the medications I was hoping to receive. I felt better in 3 days. The cost of the exam was exactly the the same as my regular doctor, and insurance covered the usual amount. If you dont have insurance, cost is reasonable. This is not a chop shop that costs a fortune if you're desperate! They can also prescribe blood work, x-rays etc. With most primary care scheduling out months in advance, the West Seattle Zoomcare will be my new go-to for quick, drop in medical checkups from people who really care! Just got home a lil bit ago from an appointment with NP Juli. She was kind, compassionate and thorough. Did not rush me through. Was also very understanding when I mentioned being on a tight budget without health insurance. Including prescriptions for an acute bronchial infection that has been kicking my ass for too long, I walked out of there paying less than $300 and really felt cared for. Very poor scheduling interface. Desperately needs a usability consultant. When you click on location you want, then create an account. Then it does not recall where you wanted the service and takes you to distant locations. This is truly horrible. I bailed after spending half an hour trying to access. Long phone wait to an out of state center so that's not an option. Seeking another provider. Just needed a COVID test. There are usability design specialists. Please hire one. read more

I had a horrible experience here, negligence in fact. December 20th I suspected I had strep throat. They did a rapid test and it came back negative, they sent out for another test. No word back. Almost 4 weeks later when I went in and wasn't feeling well again they said, "oh yeah it might be strep again." My test results came back positive for strep, no one called, no one emailed. They said a Rx had been called in. It had not. Lies. The person responsible was Juli Sweet at the west seattle clinic. Everyone acted like it wasn't a big deal and they charged me for this visit and Rx. Do not go here, you won't be taken care of and it's overpriced. read more

I was 7 min late to an appt because my gps took me to the wrong place and I spent 10 min walking around looking for the entrance. I understand that late policies are important to enforce but they refused to see me and that was pretty frustrating. I had rearranged my work schedule for this appointment and will not be able to schedule another one until the following day. I've had good experiences at other Zoomcares and I imagine the visit would have been fine had they seen me but I really wish they would have been more understanding. read more

Disgraceful treatment of patients. Arrived six minutes late as we did not know the nearby road was closed for a parade that required an extended detour down the entire length of California Avenue. The receptionist stated that they had a "five minute policy" and because we were 60 seconds late, the appointment would have to be rescheduled. This is supposed to be a place of healing and caring. Due to an arbitrary rule, they turned a patient away without making any attempt to accommodate. We've been to ZoomCare twice before without any issue. We will NEVER come back. They don't care about patient well-being. read more

I made a video appointment for my daughter online. After logging in from the appointment confirmation and waiting 20 minutes I called support to find out that they cannot do video appointments for minors. I delayed seeking other care options because we had the video appointment booked. My daughter's birthday is registered with them so they definitely should know not to allow video appointments. At the end they said they had no record of the appointment, which is ridiculous because I got multiple email and text confirmations. I guess now I wait and see how big a mess billing will be for an appointment that didn't exist. Thanks for leaving my daughter uncomfortable longer while we look for another appointment. read more

Hey - if you ever want to have a confirmed appointment and leave work early to make it early to the appointment, and then you're literally bumped from your appointment within seconds of walking thru the door and then told you can't have your confirmed appointment even though you have proof and are standing there in person, this is your place. I cannot believe this place did nothing to try to accommodate me at that location. They tried to send me miles away to another location. Utterly disgusted and disappointed and don't plan to ever return to Zoom care as a result of this awful experience. read more

Easy to schedule, like the app, like that it is close. Don't like that there wasn't a way for me to check in advance if they could address my primary reason for the visit which was to get antibiotics for an upcoming international trip because where I am going if I get sick they may not have antibiotics. Within 3 minutes of the visit with the provider, I directly asked if she would write the RX and was told no. I said that was fine but it would have been helpful if there was a number to call or the chat feature worked in WA state (only works in OR now) so I could have saved a trip. I will go to PolyClinic to get this addressed instead. read more

I had a good experience with Zoom in Capital Hill when I went for athlete's foot medicine (gross, sorry). I had a horrible experience with Zoom in West Seattle when I went regarding my need for a doctor's note about having recovered from Covid-19 that I could use to apply for an exemption for travel to Maui. The nurse practitioner whom I spoke with (Laura I think) was a bad listener who didn't seem to know much about Covid but never admitted her lack of knowledge. I explained to her that I had tested positive for Covid nearly 3 weeks ago, and had been fever-free with no medications for 2 weeks, and that I wanted to get a note on my recovery to apply for a travel exemption in the slight chance that I'd test positive on the within-72-hours Covid test I needed to take to get on the flight. I referred to the CDC bulletin that explains how recovered patients can still test positive for months after recovery. Her response: (1) you'd need to be tested at zoom to get a note. Why? No reason, literally. I explained I already had a next-day test set up for 2 days later with an accepted Hawaii testing site and that zoom's test was not only not accepted by Hawaii, but was so slow I'd get the results from my next-day test sooner, and that besides, the whole reason I need this note is on the chance I test positive, as a plan b (an exemption). Didn't listen to me, tried to milk me for yet another covid test. Then (2) I told her I still occasionally coughed ever since I'd had covid, but nothing bad, and it didn't bother me when working out but not 100% gone. She latched on to this and tried to tell me I might still be contagious. Only someone far detached from CDC guidance would suggest that after being fever-free for 2 weeks with no medications would I still be contagious. The whole visit was toxic and disturbing. I went the next day to polyclinic, talked with an MD who was way more knowledgeable on Covid, got the doctor's note, got the exemption from the state of Hawaii, and was able to cancel my next-day Covid test, saving $170. What an entirely different experience it was talking with someone competent. If you are having Covid-related issues, I strongly advise you to avoid Zoom. Good luck! read more

Went in to the new West Seattle Zoom clinic today for a flu shot. The facilities were immaculate and the service was top notch as always. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes and Juli, the NP who gave me my shot was great. Very happy that Zoom has opened a West Seattle location in my neighborhood. read more
