After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. Unlike downtown bellevue urgent care the time to show up was accurate and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the visit. They were able to get me in and out within 40 minutes. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady was kind and thorough and both the MA and Doctor were professional and efficient. The only downside is that they seemed a bit rushed which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, would definitely come here again - one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had in my life!

The staff was quick, efficient, and we felt like we received genuinely good care each time. In both cases, we ended up needing referrals to other providers, but the urgent care team handled everything professionally and helped us get pointed in the right direction. One of the biggest advantages for us is the location -- it's so close to our house that we could walk there if needed, which is incredibly convenient in stressful situations. Hopefully we won't need to use them again anytime soon, and obviously I'm not recommending anyone need urgent care if they can avoid it. No policy around that that I saw before or since. Then she said my visit would be upwards of $500. Needless to say, I walked (or rather, limped) out and will never return. Don't trust them -- total scam!
