I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. The biggest reason I love this place is the time it takes. I'm usually out the door in less than 15 minutes (with an appointment). That includes greeting reception, getting vitals from an assistant, answering questions about why I'm there, talking to the doc, and leaving with my visit summary. I don't come here when I'm feeling well - I want to be back home, wrapped in a blanket, hopefully with some antibiotics or medication to make my plague less miserable. The staff was quick, efficient, and we felt like we received genuinely good care each time. In both cases, we ended up needing referrals to other providers, but the urgent care team handled everything professionally and helped us get pointed in the right direction. One of the biggest advantages for us is the location -- it's so close to our house that we could walk there if needed, which is incredibly convenient in stressful situations. Hopefully we won't need to use them again anytime soon, and obviously I'm not recommending anyone need urgent care if they can avoid it. But if you do have a lower-level emergency or need prompt medical attention, I honestly couldn't recommend this place more highly.

I expected her to talk to my son regarding his symptoms. Might be Allergies, maybe coughing due to vaping, But no discussion at all. She shine her flash light up his nose and said, " his lipids are enlarge, that's why he can't breathe, he needs to see a specialist " I knew she was wrong. His nose is swollen inside Bec he's been blowing his nose. So...We see an ear, nose, throat specialist.... My son's lipids are normal. Go figure. This NP is terrible, I've seen people post about this branch regarding misdiagnosing people.
