I was called back at my appointment time and had vitals taken by the same woman, TJ, who checked me in. After the initial vitals/background info collection, Mei, my nurse practitioner came in about 5 min later and did my evaluation. Overall, I had a very good experience and everyone was very friendly. The space is clean and has an open inside waiting area.

Nurses would say they would come back and they didn't. The nurse who put in the IV did not appear to clean their hands and did a horrible job putting it in so much so that it was painful. Awful. I never got a physical mail, email regarding a balance owed and even had to dispute a new bill in September 2024 which my insurance fully covered (but Zoomcare incorrectly billed, they fixed it in November). Crazy enough they migrated ERP systems and so I never saw the bill from the May 2023 visit. I had multiple calls with their billing dept in October 2024 and never once did they tell me my account was delinquent (bc they had migrated to the new system) and promptly sent me to collections in Nov 2024. I asked if the could retract the balance from collections so I could pay the bill bc the notification period was so long (11 months), I could not view the bill online (how would I know to go to their previous records system to search for a bill I didn't know existed), and they could not provide evidence that they sent a physical letter (they said they did but USPS informed delivery did not show they did). I would have paid the bill if I had any way of knowing it existed. They really could just make it right and retract the debt from collections and let me pay. Please consider I promptly engaged with them 1 week after my last visit showed a massive discrepancy to which they said "ignore the bill." The whole migration to their new Athena records platform is a them problem not a customer problem. Their billing dept couldn't hear me (I want to pay a bill please, I genuinely wasn't aware of the bill) through the thicket of their own rigid process. I will pay the debt collector bc it's not their issue but I will never recommend or take anyone in my family to Zoomcare again. Also for real though, who doesn't email a bill?

His explanations were vague, dismissive, and barely met the minimum standard of care. I ended up getting more useful information from the medical assistants than from him. After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. Instead of giving clear guidance, he responded with "I don't know". I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I do not impress easily when it comes to medical workflows, and this place absolutely delivered.
