They did have some odd billing practices in that they require payment same day, there wasn't a "send bill in mail" option, I reached my full yearly deductible which should have resulted in 100% coverage, but they charged me ~$50. I will have to work that out with my insurance though I guess.

Unlike downtown bellevue urgent care the time to show up was accurate and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the visit. They were able to get me in and out within 40 minutes. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The front desk lady was kind and thorough and both the MA and Doctor were professional and efficient. The only downside is that they seemed a bit rushed which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, would definitely come here again - one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had in my life!

Nurses would say they would come back and they didn't. The nurse who put in the IV did not appear to clean their hands and did a horrible job putting it in so much so that it was painful. Awful. His explanations were vague, dismissive, and barely met the minimum standard of care. I ended up getting more useful information from the medical assistants than from him. After being fitted with a leg brace, I asked a few basic questions such as what position my leg should be in and how long I should wear it. Instead of giving clear guidance, he responded with "I don't know". I cannot fully straighten my leg after my fall, so I asked whether it needed to be straight in the brace or simply kept in a comfortable position. Rather than answering professionally, he mocked me and mimicked the way I was walking, claiming it was "almost impossible" to walk with a bent leg ... That is exactly how I had been forced to walk into the clinic due to the pain in my knee when attempting to straighten it. Being dismissed, mocked, and given inadequate medical guidance while in pain is completely unacceptable. His behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly appalling. I would strongly advise others to AVOID seeing this doctor. The rest of the medical staff were lovely.

I had an MD eval, labs, a CT scan, and a fluid bolus, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. For anyone not in healthcare, that is wildly impressive. Considering most wait times in the ER or urgent care can easily exceed 6-8 hours, this experience really stood out to me and absolutely warranted a review update. The clinic was super clean, organized, and the whole process felt incredibly streamlined from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything moving quickly without making the experience feel cold or rushed. That is a hard balance to strike in healthcare, and they nailed it. I do not impress easily when it comes to medical workflows, and this place absolutely delivered.

The first sign of a well run org is the check in lady was kind and engaging, unlike most front desk people I've met at other Urgent Cares. My PA was great, diagnosed me quickly and got me treated and sent scripts quickly. My x-ray tech was nice and gentle, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. The phlebotomists had trouble with my veins, but stuck with it (pun intended) and got it done. Well done Overlake. It's so refreshing to find a capable clinic to go to when I need help urgently.
