My home warranty company forced me to pay the copay again to get a different plumber to come out. I left a review calling them out for this, they reached out to me years later and said they'd love to try and solve this problem. I reached out, and first I just wasn't in their system, apparently. Then I was told that they were not responsible for reimbursing fees from the home warranty company, despite their misrepresentation of fact TO my home warranty company.
