I called them Saturday night 3/2/18 at 5:30 asked if they could alter my dress by Monday 3/5/18, and they said absolutely with no questions asked!!!! Moosa gave us the best customer service. I called him on Sunday and asked it it was possible for him hem my daughters Navy uniform and sew on her patches by Monday "Memorial Day" before she had to leave and report back to her base. My dry cleaner does a good job but I wanted to compare both shops on their workmanship, service and price. Hands down Zilas is far better. Great stitching, excellent service, and better pricing. I was surprised given the number of great reviews on yelp. I came in expecting this great customer service that I read about and was extremely disappointed. I asked for help and was simply told "Here are the black suits." What is interesting,was that I told the two employees I was eager to buy two suits that day. I'm not sure if they were judging me based on my attire (gym clothes) and thought that I wasn't serious about buying, but ultimately it doesn't matter. Good service should happen regardless of whether the client looks wealthy or not. I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. Oh well. read more

From the moment you walk in to the moment you pay, seamless. This place exceeded my expectations. When I was picking my suit, they helped me find the right sizes and right colors. They helped me pick the best tie as well. After wearing my suit, they measured my length on the spot. I needed the suit by the next day and they had it done by the evening. Extremely fast service. When I came to pick up my suit, the slacks were a tiny bit long (I'm very picky) but they said no problem and retailored it in less than 5 mins. Amazing service. Thank you Zilas!! Tailor does good work. Probably an 8.5/10 on the tailoring work on its own. Any discrepancies I found with the work was under a very critical eye and would not be noticed by anyone without extremely careful and lengthy analysis. Price is fantastic and honestly bumps it up 0.5 to 1.0 points based on price. The tailoring quality is definitely above the cost of the services. I paid approximately 60% the price of every other place around. Work was also done same day versus the 4-5 days most other places need to do the work. Mo is a very nice guy. He'll definitely give you an incredible deal and hook you up. He is slightly on the "salesmans-y" side (which you can't fault too much since he IS a salesman) but is not forceful or overly persistent. I also don't believe he will sell you anything he does not believe will actually work for you as he voluntarily suggested not purchasing an item I asked for as none of the items he had in store would have worked with what I was wearing. Balancing out the salesman pitches with the deals that are given, I'd rate him at a 9/10. Items in stock are mostly poly blends. The poly blends are very nice and are not as easy to differentiate from non-poly when compared to suits from other stores. Other material is available but in limited stock although these items can be special ordered. Overall items are good and any issues with the items would only be found with scrutiny. Some items there are better than others. So be sure to look around a bit and make sure you're very happy with the items you choose. Item prices are definitely competitive. You will more than likely pay a fair amount less than any department store. I would rate the average quality of items in stock as an 8/10. Personally, the items I chose felt closer to 9 or 9.5 in quality and were priced well below what I would have paid at any other store. So if you want some good tailoring done at an amazing price, this place is great. As long as you are willing to express what you want and need and have a bit of confidence to back you up, you will be very satisfied with Zilas. read more

TOP NOTCH QUALITY SERVICE! I went in for a same day alteration of a suit that I needed for an important business meeting the following morning. Moosa was hospitable and charming. He made the alteration within fifteen minutes while I waited and engaged me in conversation the entire time.
