Originally went in with my boyfriend looking for something else but ended up getting a whole suit. Mo was extremely helpful and friendly from the second we walked in. He showed us different options. They were even able to do alterations within an hour, so we wouldn't have to come back another day. Fair price considering everything we bought and same day alterations. They saved us a headache. 10/10 recommend.

My husband got this suit for our wedding. he wanted a pin stripe suit and we were having no luck. We came here, it was ordered and then when it came in they altered it. I believe it's a family run store. everyone was super helpful. He also got the shoes here which were perfect.

I found Zilas looking for mens fedoras. I know it is a formalwear store, but they have a fantastic selection of mens hats. I've purchased a high quality, woven fedora and flat cap. It is always my first stop when I need a new hat. Zilas a great selection of many styles of woven, felt & cloth hats, for any season and occasion. Moosa is helpful and accommodating. My husband was down to the wire getting his suit for our wedding reception. Zilas came through! They tailored his suit and created a matching bow tie and hat band from the remaining material. As we were leaving the store, he saw the perfect pair of shoes to match his suit. Everything he needed for his reception outfit, we found at Zilas. I was needing to trade in my baseball cap for a real hat. I was set on a newsboy or a flat cap and my daughter recommended Zilas. We arrived and was greeted by the store owner Moosa. I was trying in different caps and decided on a Kenny K brand (never heard of it) and fit like a glove. Very happy with my purchase and at $59.99 for wool cap was a good price. The only reason for four stars instead of five was the store is a little unorganized and the hats where kind of piled on top of one another. Paper stuffing was all over. Other then that I wouldn't stay away from Zilas. They are a good place.

Got my pants delivered because they forgot about my suit. Got this, still unaltered. How?

I'm going to try to contain my entire experience at Zilas, in the shortest way possible. Had to go to a wedding. Came here because of the reviews. An employee helped me choose a suit, was measured to be altered, was very pleased. Came back to get the suit, still did not fit me right. Had to pay more to finish the alter. Owner called me a couple days later to get more time, I agreed. Came back a week after he said it would be done, suit was not even touched. Left empty handed. Owner delivered it to me a week later. Got the suit with only the blazer altered, pants untouched. Had to drop off the suit again. Finally got the suit a day later. Not worth over $300. Only gave me a cheap ugly tie for compensation. Owner apologized many times but I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Another great experience at Zilas. We were referred here years ago and it's our go to for tuxedo rental. Everyone is helpful, honest and accommodating, they make you feel so comfortable. Zilas is an amazing place. The owner and staff are always very welcoming and attentive to the customers needs. I come in here for alternations at least once a month. They have a fast turn around time, and do phenomenal work every time. I'm no longer going to go to anywhere else, as they are certainly much more affordable than other places like the Men's Wearhouse, and much more modern with slim fit tapered alternations. Having gone to many other places, the quality and care to detail and value is with out comparison. I highly recommend Zillas. read more

Nine months ago, I came in and got a pair of pants tailored. Today, I needed a pair of black slacks, tailored, on a same-day rush job. I walked in the store, and the manager greeted me with "welcome back." He remembered me, my previous purchase, my pursuits in college - it blew my mind. I got a great pair of dress pants picked out for $59 ($120 cheaper than the last store I visited), and he made alterations within 10 minutes for $12. I spent 25 minutes in the store, was blown away by the hospitality, and got exactly what I wanted for a third of the price I'd expected. read more

My mother passed yesterday and I needed to fly out of town immediately to begin preparing her services. I was in the middle of moving with all of my dress clothes in storage so in the interest of time I had to purchase another suit. Because I'm very tall, finding what I needed was becoming impossible. When I finally found what I wanted, the pants were extremely large and needed to be altered. The Macy's clerk (Melissa), was extremely helpful as I shared the tragic loss of my mother she was diligent in her effort to assist me. She called Moosa at ZILAS and explained my situation and at 6:45 pm he told her to have me come to his store and he would take care of me tonight as I have a flight early in the morning. I arrived, put on the trousers, he measured then and told me that he would call me when he finished. At 7:45 he called me on my cell and told me to try on the pants to see how they fit! THEY WERE PERFECT!!! Words can't express the level of gratitude I have in this very critical time in my life. Mr. Moosa's level of customer service and professionalism was SUPERB!!! The proprietor (Moosa, I think) is a very genial gentleman. I wanted to get 4 regular cotton shirts altered and he asked me how much I think I should pay for them. He then proceeded to quote me a price lower than what I initially told him because of my honesty. He even chatted us up some when we picked up the altered shirts. The quality of the alteration was really good. They even did the split on the sides of the bottom of the shirts. Plus they got it done super fast (since he asked me when I'm going to need it by). All in all, it was a great experience. I'll definitely use their services again! read more

Where do I start?? I came here looking for a specific color suit for work. Sure enough they had it! Now the issue was unneeded it in 6 days for our work function that was just announced. They told me not a problem let's get your suit size and we will make it happen. They got my size and measurements. Two days later I got the call that it was ready! I picked up the suit and it is the best fitting suit I have! Ortiz had the best customer service and really knows his suits! He was personable and very nice! If you need a suit that fits right and looks good come to zilas! They will get it done fast! read more

I'm currently in the navy, and last min I needed to get my whites tailored and put new patches on them, I was nervous to get them tailored down here because I'm stationed in SD and you usually take them on base to get them tailored and everything sewed on. But I had no choice since I was out here. I'm very pleased on how they are tailored they fit perfect now and my patches are all on the correct places I told them to put it! He got them done in one day! And didn't charge a lot at all! Thank you so much moosa ! Def coming back if I ever need anything done. Great customer service ! Highly recommend! read more

So I have been coming here for years, Moosa will absolutely take care of you there.. His staff is pretty good and they have the best prices in my experience. I've gone here for several occasions and they have always gotten things done in a timely and professional manner. The alterations are done there and I have never been more pleased with the service. The tuxedos and suits are a very decent price. I have learned in my experience with other places that renting them was pricey. But after coming to zilas I've seen I can purchase my suites from here at the same price of a rental at any other location. You can't beat that with a stick!! Lol.. They have all the accessories and different kinds of shoes to choose from.. Hands down best place to come for proms, weddings, suits just for the heck of it!! I have referred friends there and family and they have been well taken care of!! So I decided to write this review and hopefully more people stop by. You won't regret it!!! read more

Zilas is the spot for many reasons! 1. I am a teacher and many of my students get their prom stuff there. They always look sharp! 2. When I got married my groomsmen got their suits there and they looked sharp! 3. I get my suits there and they always take care of me. They take their time to show me different colors and fabrics. Also, the woman that does the alterations is second to none! She works magic with fabric. 4. The prices are very fair and they always meet deadlines. EXCELLENT SERVICE, they took care of me and my 4 Groomsmen for my wedding in March. The Tux I ordered came out excellent - they handled evrrything all the way down to the socks... Wow! No ways to describe how awesome this place is. The staff there is beyond outstanding. Very knowledgeable as to what's in style and what's on trend. They have saved my life on more than one occasion due to their punctuality and professionalism. Musa is a boss in this industry. Jose is definitely up and coming. These guys are the real deal! Tailoring made to perfection. Custom fits, great alterations. Choose this place over Men's Warehouse or any other general department store any day. Save a little more, although you probably won't need to, and go with these guys. read more

BY FAR THE WORST TAILOR / ALTERATION SERVICE EVER!!! They ruined my pants! I came in for a simple hem and cuff on my brand new $50 Haggar pants 3 days later I went to pick them up and they had tore off my store tags and hemmed the pants too wide. Then I had to come back two days later and they lost my pants. When they found it the pants still wasn't hemmed. I walked around the mall for a bit and when I went to pay I noticed that there was an iron burn mark on my pants. They were still expecting to pay and refused to pay me for my pants. I left without paying. Worst experience ever. How do you mess up this bad and still get 5 stars?? read more

Really enjoyed my shopping experience at Zila's. The staff is helpful and made a point to understand what I was looking for. After I had been measured for my suit I realized that I already had shoes to match the suit and was able to return the shoes I had bought when I was fitted. Zilas should be on top of everyone's list when it comes to shopping for a suit, jacket, pants, vest, ties or anything related to men's wear. I've purchased from here at least 3 or 4 times in the past but every time I return the service and selection are awesome. I recently needed a suit (with alterations) on short (2 day) notice and Zilas came through again. Ortiz hooked me up with an awesome suit that included a vest, shirt & tie at a great price. I was sized on a Friday night and the suit was ready on Sunday afternoon. Don't waste your time shopping at Macys, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack or any other store because Zilas can have the same quality suit for a better price, and with their own tailor on premises, you WON'T have wait a week or 2 for your suit to be ready. *Great quality merchandise *Experienced, knowledgeable and courteous staff *Awesome prices What more can you ask for!? read more

We needed suits for our wedding day. Due to Covid most stores are closed. We found Zilas and read the reviews and decided to go take a look. We ended up purchasing a suit for my husband and our three groomsmen. Moosa and his staff were so helpful. Even after the alternations and we still needed additional alterations, Moosa was so great in communicating with us to set up a time to do the quick alterations in 15 mins while we wait. These guys are amazing! I am a business owner. I move millions of dollars for my clients every month and MUST look professional to do so. The only people I trust is Zilas! THIS is where I buy my suits. They have in home tailoring and my suits are ready the same day! I have literally walked into the store in jeans and a T-shirt and walked out business ready in under an hour ready to go see a big client. These guys are like family! Come in and see Moosa. If you want to look like a Kingsman and be the best dressed guy this is the place. Everything is high quality and they make sure you have the right fit! My husband and son were well taken care of and it was top quality service. Impressive choices and quick turn around. We drove from Orange County and will continue to do so for all our menswear needs. Nowadays streetwear trends have shifted, blurring the line between casual fashion and high fashion. It's made its way into high fashion, collaborating with major fashion heavyweights like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior, Vetements, etc. to list a few. Kings to me is what pure streetwear is all about at its core. No bots, no asinine reseller mark-ups, no insane pricetags, no bullshit. Just tried and true streetwear styles from iconic streetwear brands that have withstood the test of time. I'm thankful Kings and others like it still exist (Proper, BAIT, Bowls LA and Union are both kind of). I say kind of because Bowls opens whenever they want and Union definitely has a certain audience in mind with the brands they carry. Anyway, maybe I'm looking back at the history of streetwear with rose-tinted glasses, but there's no denying that the fact that a place like Kings can still thrive despite the fact that a lot of boutiques I used to frequent have either shifted to online exclusively or just shuttered their doors permanently is respectable. The fact that you can still walk into a place like this and get some sick drip without playing bullshit games and waiting for drops or buying bots to cop shit is something I truly appreciate. The staff is cool as always and if anything, their selection has improved over the years and they've definitely stepped up (heh) their shoe game as well. Anyway, my very long drawn out point is that Kings is still king when it comes to finding streetwear locally with an excellent selection. They carry all the brands; new and old. It's like Costco. You definitely aren't walking outta there with just a $5 rotisserie chicken. You're gonna walk outta there with a whole ass wardrobe if you haven't gone shopping in a VERY long time, like me.

After feeling defeated from scouring through all the department stores, me and my wife decided to turn into Zilas before heading home. It was our first time here and both of us weren't expecting much-until we started asking about their slim fit suits. The gentlemen at the front very politely smiled and informed us that they carried the modern slim look for all their styles and colors. As an added bonus they also custom tailor each suit to fit your personal taste! Moosa and the staff were very professional, polite and made us feel right at home. I purchased a three piece suit that same day with alterations to be made. I picked it up one week later and couldn't have been happier with how well it fit. Moosa shortened and tapered the pants legs to PERFECTION! Luckily the blazer already came fitted with the shorter modern look so no alternations needed for that piece. The suite itself ran me a little under $210 with alterations included. This will now be my go-to shop for suits and alterations. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have the patience to spend endless hours combing through department store suit racks. My fiance and I just recently picked up all the suits for our bridal party. We were extremely busy people with work and Moosa always accommodated us. We went to friar tux, men's wearhouse, and carducci s. Zilas by far has a ton more options and definitely a lot better quality and better priced!!our groomsmen were spread out all over so couldn't actually even come get measured or altered but Moosa altered everything to perfection without them even being there. My fiance got a little stressed and Moosa threw in the ring bearer shoes and her dad's tie and shirt as a gift just to calm her down. This guy definitely comes through. Moosa has been absolutely amazing! My husband found Zilas while out shopping for tuxes for our wedding. Moosa took excellent care of him and our groomsmen! He was so patient and worked with us every step of the way, as some of the groomsmen do not live in the area. Anyway, the price was right, and then some! The service was excellent! Oh, did I happen to mention that my husband is in a wheelchair? Moosa was so accommodating and kind... I took my brides maid dress in to have hemmed and I asked the seamstress if she could make the top of my dress more modest, I felt I had too much showing for a brides maids dress, she did such a wonderful job. You can't even tell it was altered, it looks the the dress was made this way. A few months back Zilas also hemmed my husbands suit and altered the rear end of the pants also, again I love their seamstress, she does fantastic work! Everyone in this store provides A+ service. We've been here a couple of times. Initially, Ortiz helped us get a suit for our son. He's very helpful and gave us a good deal. Second time around, I needed a suit altered for a wedding the next day, I came to Moosa 1 1/2 hrs before closing, told him I need it the next day, and that I'm willing to come back the following morning to pick it up. Moosa, being very kind, fix my suit immediately, so that I won't have to come back the next day. Their price is very affordable, too. We didn't feel pressured, he really listened to what we needed and we walked out with a perfect outfit for my husband in under $250.00, including alterations. If you are looking for a rental suit this is the perfect place, I love the service ! they are very helpful. Best costumer service I have ever had, my son was not sure what color he was supposed to have to match his date's dress, And they let us take some ties home to match the dress and bring them back. i didn't want to take them because if anything happened to them I was going to have to pay for them. Great customer service by Moosa and Yolanda. I was in a hurry and was able to get my suit pants hemmed in less than 10 minutes. Moosa is very down to earth and has a good sense of humor. YOLANDA was very helpful and carefully removed all my tags from my suit and placed all my garments neatly in my suit hanger and zip up suit cover. Moosa made it happen. Came in to pick up a bow tie for an event. Great selection, great prices. Went home to try my suit on with the new set up and realized I had not worn the suit post losing 30 pounds. With an event that evening I call Zilas and asked if they could do a rush job and bring my suit in to fit. This is by far the best tux shop I've ever been to! !for our wedding, I went rustic and found vests online that I wanted. I went to three our four tux shops before we found this one and explained to them I don't need a jacket or vest but for some reason it was the same price or even more.
