This place is wonderful. Great prices, quick alterations and friendly service. Highly recommend this place, they got my clothes done in 1 day while all the competitors said it would take at least a week read more

I found Jean Alterations on yelp and took my bridesmaid dress to her to have the waist taken in. Jean was very sweet and stated she can have it completed in 2 hours. When I returned I was devastated by her finished work. There are now two crooked lines going down my dress. Jean stated because my dress has 3 layers and hard to access areas it was difficult. She offered to take out the stitching, but I knew the dress wouldn't look the same because it's chiffon. I just wish she told me upfront that she was unable to do it because now I have to shop for a new dress. I would highly reconsider going to her business with formal clothing. read more

Reasonable cost, nice lady, fast service and GREAT work on a prom dress!!! The place is a bit hard to find but just walk around the indoor space and you will find it. read more

I've been looking for Jean! She is such a sweet lady who I admire for running her own business in a mall for so many years and only depending on referrals. She is super good at what she does. Ive done prom dress, suit pants, and jeans. There's a small change room to try on so she can measure for you. It's cash only but there's an ATM machine in the entrance area. Her prices are always way better than your usual places. All in all, it feels good to support Jean's hard work. read more

I've been going to Jean for years and have recommended Plenty of people- she's the absolute Best ! Affordable etc .. Don't let the location/ language barrier deter you away. Trust me her prices and work beat anyone around. A little tip - if you need it right away- say Jean I have an emergency is it possible to get back today. She will most likely accommodate you. read more

I wouldn't recommend her for important alterations. I came several times for easy things and they did the job. I brought in an expensive quality shirt and she lacked the patience to work thru my needs and ended up ruining my new dress shirt. read more

Strange location, but great service at a great price. Hemming, alterations, repairs are all done very professionally. read more

I came by here on a whim. I live in San dimas and went to one place nearby. They quoted me $85 to hem a dress which I thought was insane. I was running errands and found this place with five stars, so I just headed over there with my dress and my shoes. It was a little hard to find once I got inside, but the security guard was really nice and pointed me in the right direction. Once I got there, the process was super easy...I tried on my dress... she put the pins in my dress. I took it off and anticipated being ready in a few days. Nope she asked if I could pick it up next day, which was amazing. It came out beautiful, and it was $50 to hem. I'll be coming back for sure. If you've never been to this area, it's a little rough around the edges, with that said the people are super kind, really helpful, and give you a great deal. Oh and just fyi it's inside an indoor swap meet. read more

Sweet little lady that was able to alter my clothes in one day! Thank you so much. Prices are unmatched as well!

The lady running the business is extremely nice & straight forward. I came in with 3 pairs of sweats and asked for them to be shortened above knee. Was quoted $30 for all three and the turnaround was just next day! All she needed was 1 pin to mark down where the shorts needed to be cut - and all 3 were perfectly symmetrical. Would highly recommend her for any tailoring needs - she even double stitched the shorts for me! Very high quality work. Will definitely be coming back again! read more

Jean out did herself, she hemmed up my son's Calvin Klein suit sleeves. Same day service, we came in at 10:00 am and the suit was finished by 3:30. She saved the day, as my son needed the suit the next morning for his first communion. I highly recommend her, as she did an outstanding job on my son's suit. read more
