Times we've been, they've forgotten our rice or noodles. So if you give it some time and it hasn't hit the table, just check in with staff. When you sit, they automatically drop off a black tea kettle. If you want ice water, make sure to ask for it in the beginning with your food order. Food comes out quick ish.
