Showed up for an early lunch, my friend picked out this place. There is no music, most of the decor is quite traditional, and the beer is stacked as you walk towards the back. Staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered honey walnut shrimp that as was awesome, green beans were cool. Beef chow fun was delightful. Place isn't perfect but the food, the staff and authentic flavors make it worth visiting again . 4.7/5

We actually were meant to go to another restaurant but were very pleased we came here!! Immediately sat down and was greeted by our server. Our food came out fast and hot, and everything we got was delicious. It seemed like a family owned place and that added to the comforting atmosphere.

So incredibly underrated. Delicious food, quick service, and free tea. We always come here for an affordable and delicious dinner. Lots of seating and cozy, casual dinner vibes. The pork buns are everything, so soft and flavorful. Their duck dishes are amazing and priced so well!!! I can't believe their ratings are as low as they are. I also love their Mongolian beef. It has a kick, but not too spicy and cooked to perfection.

My order came through DoorDash and arrived in about 20 minutes probably because I'm pretty close to the restaurant. I ordered the Duck Chow Mein and the Steamed Shrimp Dumplings, and the portion sizes were just right. The Duck Chow Mein had a generous amount of duck and was tasty overall, but the noodles were a bit dry at first. Once everything was mixed together, the flavor really came through and it got much better. A little more sauce would have made it perfect from the start. The Steamed Shrimp Dumplings were also delicious because it packed with shrimp and exactly what you'd expect from a good har gow. Overall, it's a solid spot for Chinese food, especially for the price. I'd definitely order from here again.

A big portion of duck. For 14 bucks it's a good deal. I like that you don't get overpowered by the 5 Spice or whatever most places use to season their duck.

Okay green beans (a bit too oily) and duck was kinda hard to eat -- it was mostly bone. I liked the steamed buns that came with the duck though. Inside is pretty small and there's limited seating. Very no frills spot in Chinatown. Would come back to try the jook/congee!

Came here with my brother after the gym late at night for dinner. Street parking was manageable at this hour, though it might be trickier during peak times. We started with the wings, which were crispy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Definitely a highlight of our meal. The crab meat fish maw soup was another standout. They used real crab meat, and the seasoning was just right, giving it a nice depth of flavor without being overly salty or starchy like some places. We also tried some dim sum items. While they were decent, it's clear that the best time for dim sum here is during breakfast or brunch when everything is freshly made and at its peak quality. If you're specifically coming for dim sum, morning is probably the way to go. For our main, we ordered the roast duck over rice. The portion size was generous, and the price was very reasonable, making it a great value. However, we found the duck a bit too salty and much oilier than expected, which made it slightly heavy. If you prefer a lighter roast duck, this might not be the best option. Service was excellent. The staff was fast, attentive, and efficient, even with the late-night crowd. Seating inside can be found, so dining in is an option. They also accept cards and Apple Pay, making payment convenient. Overall, this spot is a solid choice for a late-night meal in Chinatown, especially for their soup and wings. I would return to try more dishes, but I'd probably come back in the morning if I was craving dim sum.

Good food. Good service. Reasonably priced. We had a party of five and the bill was only $80, not bad and we even had a little food leftover. We're not in Chinatown often so we didn't really know which restaurants were the best, but this one was good and didn't disappoint. Dim sum was delicious. We enjoyed the broccolini, roast duck, BBQ pork, and more. There was ample seating in the dining area. Bathrooms were good.

Great little Chinese Restaurant located in the heart of Chinatown!! We stumbled upon this little gem in the afternoon to grab a quick bite. Food was delicious and service was very quick and good. We ordered some dim sum dishes (har gow and shumai) that were still available in the afternoon. And of course chicken chow mein for the wifey. Everything came out fresh and piping hot. Service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. They accept cards and Apple Pay; making it very easy and convenient to pay. The restroom was very well kept and clean. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next time to try other items on the menu.

10/10 would recommend catering food from this restaurant! The food is great & catering experience was super smooth and easy. It was extremely easy to order catered dim sum. On their website, I entered a form where they asked for our budget. From there, they provided a list of items that would match a budget and then we paid for it. They brought it over and set everything up for us nicely. It came with utensils, sauces, and food items were neatly organized. The price was also unbeatable. I ended up to be $10-$15 per person.

Great because it's open late however the beef chow fun was underwhelming. I asked for no bean sprouts in the dish but it came out without any other veggies at all. Just beef and noodles. Bland so I had to add the table soy sauce. With tips I spent probably $20 here and not worth it when there are so many other good Chinese restaurants in the area. Just convenient for late night drinking

My boyfriend and I shared the Wonton Soup, Crispy Pork Belly, and the Specialty Plate, which included Kung Pao Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, and a Vegetable Egg Roll. Unfortunately, the food was just average. Despite being the only customers there, the waiter only came to our table to serve the dishes and never checked in on us. I've definitely had better Chinese food elsewhere. On the bright side, the prices here are lower compared to other spots--but that might reflect the quality you're getting. One major downside was the number of flies around us. We spent the whole meal swatting them away from our food, which made the experience less enjoyable.

No-frills Cantonese restaurant with all the items you can think of. Tried the bbq combo with duck and pork as well as a few dim sum items. All items were cooked well with good flavors. Place is a bit old school and that's the way it should be for this kind of food. So don't expect amazing service or spotless clean utensils...this is not that type of place. If you know what to expect, you won't be disappointed. Happy with my meal and will come back.

The walnut chicken came with halved walnuts and had a nice honey glaze to it that made it sweet but not overly sweet. For the broccoli beef, the broccoli was nicely cooked and the meat was very tender. We really enjoyed the 606 house fried rice. It wasn't overly fried like most places and felt fresh. The mixture of proteins was also tasteful. Now for the pork dumplings, the presentation was nice and also tasted great with nice hints of shrimp. We noticed the place became very busy but the service was still attentive. I recommend getting a reservation for larger parties or if you visit during peak hours. We aren't local or else this would be a regular place for us.

XO Escargot w/Milkbread ~ I've only had French Escargot and these are just as good, if not better! Fish Fragrant Eggplant ~ Another savory and very umami dish. Red Bean Shaved Ice ~ Always a refreshing dessert. Dig in for the surprise in the center. We had such a nice, cozy dinner here. Even while at the bar, we never felt for lack of space. They paced the dishes out perfectly, so there was always room to eat and enjoy. Looking forward to returning and trying more items on the menu.

If able we'd have taken the lobster home and properly broken out all the meat. Instead, we left much of the lobster on the plate. Still, a fun place. We enjoyed our meal.

A relative of mine used to work here over 30 years ago, and I remember how nonstop and demanding it was. It was hardly a slow or relaxed environment. They also suggested adding mochi to my order. I passed this time, but I'll give it a try on my next visit. These days, there's a lot more competition along the Noriega corridor, which may explain the change in crowds. Still, it's nice to come back for the familiar Cantonese foods I grew up with and love.

It was good, but like similar reviews say, pretty shocked with how comparable it tasted to some other dim sum places in the city. Imperial Peking Duck - 10/10! XLB - 11/10 just for the presentation! The waiter serves you the first one :) House Pan Fried noodles - 8/10, not the best but still tasty. We also had the egg cake for dessert and we've never had that before so it was nice to try something new. Would come back if I was in the area but since I'm close to Chinatown, can find places there too.

Also got an egg tart and number 11, which is the soy sauce lo mein. The portion is huge for the soy sauce lo mein. Definitely worth $4! Service was okay, could've been better, but there was only one lady working the register and filling orders and you could definitely tell she was exhausted. There was also a line out the door, so one person handling ordering and filling the orders all day sounds exhausting. The food was good though! No seating, order, pay, and leave. Today we visited Good Ming Kok Bakery. The shop is small and crowded with cookware and patrons. The order board is on the wall with corresponding numbers to make it go quicker. It's a walk in, order and walk out establishment. Be prepared...there is a line. The ladies working are not personable and act as if they are doing us a favor. Very stern faced. (Service 1/5) The buns (5/5) were very tasty, light and full of meat. Definitely will keep this one on our radar when the kids come for a visit.
