SC- Brunch, brunch! This is the perfect place to be. Amazing food. If you are new to Mediterranean food, come here. Ambiance is good. We could hear some music playing which is one of my favorite things to find in a restaurant. Need to raise the volume a bit. Service is good as well. You have to come by, again, the food is amazing. THE HYPE ABOUT @zeytinmb IS LEGIT!!!!! We were thankful they had no problem with us sitting outside since it was a little chilly this morning, but the sun quickly came out and warmed us up. Our server was Sylvia and she was perfectly pleasant and attentive, never forgot about us being the only table outside, always had a smile and loved our pup!! Even the GM came out and chatted with us, gave us some history about the food and recommendations for our next visit. I've never seen complementary bread for breakfast but that's just another reason why this place is different..and it wasn't basic bread, it was a Turkish 'pita' that I'm pretty sure was made while we were being seated, served warm accompanied by olive oil for dipping. Trip 1.. fresh squeezed OJ, steaming hot coffee, 'Dragonade' For breakfast we went with: Menemen - a popular Turkish dish made with, peppers, and tomatoes sautéed in olive oil, with three eggs mixed into the tomato sauce and served soft scrambled and a pita to dip into smoked salmon Benedict - creamcheese spread on toasted English muffins, topped with sautéed spinach, smoked salmon, capers, fresh dill, red onion, poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce Trip 2.. berry blush iced latte lobster and Brie omelette - I was shocked how fresh the lobster was, how big the pieces were and how stuffed full the omlet was with it!! steak & eggs - the steak was incredibly tender, and deliciously seasoned

Been here a couple of times with my parents and it is always incredible! The service is welcoming, the space is clean and tidy, and the food is delicious. I've gone for breakfast and now this time lunch for Mother's Day. The chicken skewers were delicious and came with rice, veggies, and salad. Everything always is so delicious and I always leave full with a happy belly.

First visit and why oh why did we wait so long to try Zeytin's! We went on a Tuesday at 1pm, happy to have missed the traditional lunch hour busy time. Seated right away, within minutes our server, Cheyenne, greeted us and went over menu. We were brought complimentary pita with a dish of olive oil dip. It was delicious! I ordered the Harvest sandwich with fruit side. The bread was perfect crisp on outside with soft middle. Good amount of veggies and cheese. The side dip of tzatziki was delicious. My adult son ordered the Kofte, made with beef. He said every bite was seasoned perfectly, the spice blend was memorable. Can't wait to return and try more menu items! Restaurant ambience is inviting (extremely clean), great service, with just the right volume music playing in background.

There was to be a thirty minute wait at 9:00am if we wanted a table, so our party of three decided to sit at the bar instead with no wait whatsoever! The decor is light and comfortable and was busy, but not loud at all. Sitting at the bar was a great choice because I was fascinated by watching the two baristas expertly pumping out drink after drink, without pause, the entire time we were there. Every one of the drinks looked more unique and delicious than the last. Our food came out quickly and was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and courteous. Sorry I didn't get any pictures of the food being served, there were many to be had.

My wife and I have been to this place a few times now and it is one of our favorite places for breakfast/lunch in Myrtle Beach. Anybody and everybody that asks for recommendations on places to eat in MB is sent here by me. The service is always good and the ambiance is great. I love their skillets, the Sujuk here is really good. We tried the lahmajun recently and it was really good. We ordered it as an appetizer and I think I enjoyed it more as an appetizer rather than it being my entire meal. Now for the reason I send everyone here, the Dubai dream pancake stack is out of this world good. I promise you will not taste a better pancake stack no matter where you go. The pancakes are so fluffy and the pistachio/condensed milk that they put on top is to die for.

As we were heading out from a fun girls trip we stopped for brunch at Zeytin. The restaurant is cute inside and the chairs are comfy and all have pillows to support your back. We were seated right away and had really good service. Everyone ordered a variety of things and I got the cinnamon roll pancakes. Bread was brought out as an appetizer for free, which is amazing if you are starving! The food came out quickly and the portions were huge. We easily could have split a few things. The sweet items were really sweet, but still really good. We would definitely go back.

Best food of our entire trip was at Zeytin. Complimentary foccacia-like bread with olives and olive oil was given upon our arrival. We started off with the Cigar Borek and it was really good. It had hummus and taziki sauce to dip in. I got the Turkish Tea and it was served in an adorable little carafe. My friend got their Columbian coffee and said it was the best she had ever had. For breakfast, she got the Dubai pancakes. Omg drop everything these were AMAZING ! HUGE FLUFFY pancakes with pistachios and crushed baklava on top doused in their Dubai syrup. To die for and I wanna go back for these ! I got the Turkish Breakfast. The eggs were soft and fluffy. They paired very well with the cheese and Turkish sausage. It came with olives, cucumber & tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, and simit (a twisted sesame bread) served with honey butter and wild berry compote. I took a lahmajun for later as a to-go and was a bit disappointed in it when compared to others I had elsewhere. Also, I have never seen it served this way. Did they just throw it in the box ? This was thicker like naan bread instead of almost cracker-like. The bread to meat portion seemed off as a result. Overall, this was our best meal the entire trip and I'd love to go back again and again to try other things ! Those lamb chops are calling my name, for one and so many more items like the pide looked so good ! Service was great and the restaurant seating was very comfortable. Management came around at the end to ensure all was well. Wait was about 20 min. on a Sunday at 1pm. Definitely will return. Hours are 7am to 3pm daily. Dinner available Friday and Saturday 5pm - 9pm.

We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was very busy with a 20 minute wait, which isn't bad. But it took almost 40 minutes on top of that to get our food. We were never given bread, despite multiple employees saying they would grab some; and our server walked by our table 6 times without refilling our waters. Eventually the food came and it was room temperature at best. I got the zesting skillet and the home fries tasted so stale and hard (like they were fried hours ago). The egg was cooked nicely, but the sausage was the only thing that had any flavor. I ate about 1/4 and just couldn't eat any more. The restaurant is also extremely loud. With it being busy that is expected, but add the music being very loud and the birthday tambourines really just kicked it up a notch. We were driving through the area, so maybe this was an off day for them?

This food was so good. We traveled 35 mins to eat here and I have 0 regrets. It was kind of a crowded space inside, and for a week day nonetheless! This place must be crazy on the weekends. But it was really good. The pancakes and eggs Benedict and complimentary bread were all amazing. I will say the coffee wasn't my fav and it was fairly pricey. The OJ was also a bit pricey but it was freshly squeezed and exquisite.

Everything at this Turkish restaurant was done well! It is a fine establishment run well by its staff. The waiters were exceptionally attentive and aware if alergies and dietary constraints. The waiter even brought ice water in cups to the two dogs at the next table. The fair wax amaxing! Between the assortments of kabab dishes, doubai pancakes, and incredible deserts, this place had stuff for vegetarians as well. Everything we tried was done to perfection. Just know if you order fries as a side you will get a small bowl of home fries. The restaurant had a large indoor dining area, which was filled to capacity. There is also outdoor seating. There is low piped turkish music for ambience, which did not interfere with conversation. It is a must for anyone who would like a nice solid tasty meal that is not the regurgitated faur in nearly every restaurant in town.

We wanted a good brunch spot. And Zeytin definitely delivered! The staff was so nice and very helpful. We each ordered an eggs Benedict and shared the Dubai dream pancakes. They were indeed dreamy. The decor and space is lovely and clean. Such an amazing spot.

I ordered the Sultan's Stack. Sultan's Stack is like having your own personal chocolate fountain in a dish with everything you want in it. Beautifully plated dessert with a very generous servings. This is the only dessert I want for the rest of my life! My sweet tooth has finally been satisfied (and that takes a lot! LOL). Zeytin should be on everyone's "Things to do in Myrtle Beach" list! They also have a children's menu. Mediterranean style food. "Zeytin" means olive and olive trees. The decor is gorgeous and it makes you feel very comfortable. I suggest you make reservations because this restaurant is very popular and can get full. I love everything about it. read more

I've been going to Zeytin since they opened, it's such an inviting restaurant with beautiful furnishing that I was told we're all imported from Turkey. The food is amazing, so many choices that are not your usual breakfast/ lunch food (although they have those too), such an interesting menu which I love to try. The quality is top notch, food arrives piping hot and fresh. I love the lahmajoun ( even though I always say it wrong), the pide, both Turkish specialties that are worth a try. The deserts are to die for as well, they have a Dubai cheesecake, need I say more? Anyway, my lunches here are always great, but I went this week and we had Merve as a server and she was AMAZING! Such a great energy, very attentive and responsive, answered all our questions on the different dishes and made sure we were well taken care of. Everyone at Zeytin is absolutely great, but she stood out, I will always ask for her from now on! Best breakfast/lunch spot! read more

Our daughter is visiting from CT and asked to go to breakfast at Zeytin. It was all of our first time trying this restaurant and it was AMAZING! Atmosphere itself and the decorations were beautiful. When we walked in, modern pop music was playing very loud which took away from the ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated on outdoor furniture that was used inside the restaurant. I ordered a turkish tea that came as a single small cup of plain black tea. We received complimentary pita bread with a seasoned olive oil that had great flavor and texture. We ordered the cigar borek appetizer, it was delicious and I highly recommend it. We ordered the kofta kabob and the chicken kabob. My husband said the kofta was very tender and almost melted in your mouth. He also enjoyed the rice. The chicken was bland to me other than the chair broiled flavor. Some pieces also tasted undercooked. The rice was bland and seemed a little overcooked. The fresh salad had no flavor other than the pickled cabbage pieces in it. Dessert was the pistachio cheesecake, it was delicious and creamy with lots of pistachio flavor in the crust and filling. We were not offered any refills on water or drinks. read more

This new Mediterranean restaurant is wonderful! We had French toast with berry compote, whipped cream, grilled peaches and caramel sauce, it was fantastic. Also had the smoked salmon Benedict with perfectly cooked home fries. Also fantastic! Coffee was delicious, atmosphere is beautiful and the service was outstanding. Can't recommend this enough. I am sad not to give this 5 stars as the food was fantastic and different, Food was excellent, 5 stars service was ok, meals took quite awhile to come and staff weren't overly friendly 3 stars ambience was spoiled as we did not have enough room to get out of our seats and I felt very embarrassed knocking the table behind me. 2 stars Our party didn't like the $20 surcharge on missing guests. We did not have any however with 15 people it was very nerve racking. I am planning another lunch for a different group in October, but very hesitant now with the k er crowding and especially the surcharge. I would be interested to hear if this will change read more

I am ashamed I live in CF and haven't been here yet. I ordered a lot to try. The Anatolian char, falafel and even a latte. Turkish coffee, fresh bread, the best falafel I've ever had and a professional pastry chef making absolutely gorge-worthy desserts. Tiaramisu and biscoff cookie cake are the first to try. I believe I got something called a turkimisu, which is a tiramisu French toast soaked in coffee, topped with Nutella, fruit, and whipped cream. I think it tasted amazing. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Having been to Turkey many times, I can say this is the most authentic Turkish cuisine I have had, other than in country. food was fantastic, truly a highlight of our experience. However, the service left much to be desired. While the manager checked in to see if we needed anything, we requested a box, but unfortunately, it never arrived. We arrived an hour before closing, and it felt like our server was more focused on finishing her side work instead of attending to our needs. To make matters worse, I noticed that the server didn't wash her hands after using the restroom, which is concerning. During our last visit, the service was wonderful, with the server providing excellent recommendations. This time, however, it left a bad impression, especially since we were seated at a dirty table and the hosts could have been more attentive to table cleanliness. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I believe a little more attentiveness from the staff could have greatly enhanced our visit, especially when there were staff members everywhere. My old roommates and I were looking for a low key spot for brunch and found this spot on Instagram. We could not have been more pleased with the menu (not to mention they have pictures for those of us that order based on photos aka me) since there were so many different options. They had some awesome special flights including the coffee one pictured as I was immediately sold on the Pistacchio flavored rendition. The servers were very nice and I really enjoyed the brunch. The parking lot is usually full, which always felt like a good sign. Well... after years of saying "maybe next time," we finally stopped in -- and we're glad we did. We were in town for a few days doing some work at our place and decided to try something new for dinner. I checked Yelp beforehand to see if they had a happy hour menu, and they did -- and it looked good. We arrived around 5:00 pm. There were only a few cars in the lot at that time, and the building (which used to be a Pizza Hut) is easy to spot. When we walked in, we were told to sit wherever we liked, so we headed straight to the bar. The bartender greeted us right away, gave us menus and waters, and made us feel welcome. Since it was our first visit, we had a lot of questions about the menu. The food seemed like a fusion of Asian and Korean flavors, and we weren't very familiar with it. She was fantastic patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She even mentioned their Date Night special, which turned out to be a great deal. She made my wife an iced tea that was different than the usual but very good, and I had an Old Fashioned that was excellent. We decided on the Date Night Special, which is a prix fixe menu for two for $45. It includes one starter to share, a selection of small plates, each person choosing their own main from a list of six (two with a small upcharge), and a dessert to share. For our starter, we chose the Scallion Pancakes. They aren't really pancakes in the traditional sense -- more like a thinner batter that's deep-fried and served with two sauces. Both sauces were excellent, and the appetizer was a great way to start the meal. For our mains, my wife ordered the Bibimbap with chicken, and I had the Korean Fried Chicken (+$3). When they set the plates down in front of us, I looked at my wife and said, this looks really good -- why haven't we stopped here before? Her dish came in a shallow bowl with cucumbers in a sauce, thinly shaved carrots, kimchi, rice topped with an egg, and a piece of fried chicken with sauce. Mine came with coleslaw, fresh-cut French fries, and two chicken breasts covered in the same flavorful sauce. The chicken on both dishes was the same, and that sauce was outstanding. My first bite was literally, "Why have we passed this place so many times?" My wife loved everything on her plate, and I enjoyed every bite of mine as well. Our dessert, the Apple Crumble, came out before we were completely finished with our meals. This was really the only thing that could have been handled a little differently. Even though we didn't eat it right away, it was still good we just felt a bit rushed trying to finish our food so the dessert wouldn't get cold and the ice cream wouldn't melt. Overall, we found a new top-5 restaurant to eat at when we're in town. To top it all off, while sitting at the bar we were talking with a waiter named Logan. He asked where we were from and mentioned he had family there. It turned out he's a cousin of a friend who grew up with our son and was actually in our son's wedding. Just a few weeks earlier, they were all in Myrtle Beach for a bachelor party for his cousin. Small world! Don't be like us driving past for years and saying "maybe next time." Just stop in and give it a try. The food is wonderful, the service was great, and we will definitely be back.

I was disappointed with my dinner at Zeytin in Myrtle Beach. I ordered the Anatolian Char, and the menu stated it comes with a salad and grilled vegetables. Unfortunately, neither was included with my meal, and nothing was mentioned about substitutions or changes. The dish itself was very rich and heavy, so having the salad and vegetables would have really helped balance it out. Without them, the meal felt incomplete and one-dimensional. I've been searching for a new brunch spot & heard nothing but good things. I thought they were located in upper MB which I don't usually travel to. Great service! Carlos, the bartender, was extremely attentive and welcoming throughout my visit. Even though I didn't order any drinks from the bar, he still made sure I had everything I needed and checked in on me several times. His professionalism and friendly attitude really made the experience enjoyable. The coffees prepared by Emily were excellent as well -- smooth, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. She clearly knows her craft. Overall, excellent service and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend! read more

Love this place!! The atmosphere was amazing!! The service is fantastic! And the food is to die for. I'm not one to cook at home and my kids are super picky!!! it was hard to find any place that was considered good enough for my kids and husband, but after 3 years of disappointment we finally found our To go place. Zeytin is a hidden gem in Myrtle Beach! The Mediterranean flavors were fresh and delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful -- bright, modern, and relaxing. Zeytin is my number one place to go for food!! I've lived in Myrtle Beach for 2 years and I've never had the pleasure to walk in to a place and have great service and feel at home!. They have a new and interesting menu that mixes Turkish and American breakfast. My favourite is smoked salmon benedict. You should definitely try. Our server Salih is very kind and friendly. I like Zeytin ambiance. It is brightest and more refreshing place I have ever seen. read more
