We didn't really know what we needed to get the job done, but as soon as we walked into Canada Computers and explained our mission, the sales associate (I think his name was Jeffery) immediately began helping us find what we needed. He was extremely helpful and personable: he clearly explained why we needed the items we needed, he didn't make us feel stupid for not knowing much about computers, and he seemed to genuinely want to help us - not just sell to us but help us. And once we got home, hooking everything up was a sinch. My father originally felt we should just go to Best Buy, as Canada Computers was out of our way and seemed less reliable than a major tech giant. Our visit to Canada Computers proved otherwise. The customer service we recieved at Canada Computers far outstripped anything I've ever gotten at Best Buy, and they had a vastly superior selection of reasonably priced cables and converters. Just said file a police report - not that we will help you find the parcel, we will contact UPS to file a claim nothing. i contacted cops they just gave me an incident report, i asked will they be looking for my device when it comes online - said no. Basically a police report does nothing to find your device, i called Asus informed the same, created a case and was told if it comes online they cant do anything. I completely Blame the sender Canada Computers - 1st - they used a box that was 4 times the size of the mini pc. no reason at all, someone took out the item and resealed the box, 2nd - they put there warehouse address on the senders - this is a big problem - as soon as driver or anyone who gets the parcel will want whats in the parcel as they know it is electronics. Also in general the help and customer service is below zero, i am out of 2,200$ and i am getting answers like file a police report that is it. they dont even want to file insurance claim with UPS, how pathetic is this. People in the future - dont support online purchases - this is very common now. no one cares, i must pad the salary of the CS who answered the phone and did nothing. instead of working towards helping the buyer, i have no help at all but arrogance and my fault. i dont even know how it is my fault.

He was able to transfer my files to a new refurbished laptop and have it back to me within the day. Unfortunately, some of my files didn't get transferred over, so I went back, and again. At first Eduardo couldn't locate my files, but with persistence and some detective work found my files in an unusual file location.
