I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They have TERRIBLE customer service, very poor…read morecommunication skills and zero experience. I have made the mistake to give this place a chance. The power jack on my laptop was loose; it will not hold charge unless pressure is applied on the adapter. My adapter works fine, and so does my laptop itself besides that power jack. Basically, we were told that it would be fixed in THREE DAYS, but instead they took OVER THREE WEEKS and was still not fixed. They do not call you if they have missed their promised "completed" dates. You will have to keep calling them for updates and even then, all you get is more excuses, " the technician is still working on your laptop". I got fed up and demanded to get my laptop back (No, they did not fix my laptop in-store, they sent it out to their warehouse to have it fixed which I was not aware of at first). To show you what I had to deal with. I can no longer charge my laptop and it will not turn on anymore. I hear a loose screw in my laptop; they told me that it's normal. They misplaced my laptop's charger, and offered me a different one that was 15V and said it was the same thing as mine. I refused and was furious with their unorganized setting. They eventually found my charger, but asked if it was the correct one. I told them that they should know! That is when they checked and said yes, this is the 19V for my Asus AND most laptops charger are uses 19V except for the 15V Toshiba( which was the one offered to me and claimed to be the same). They did offer to fix my laptop if I agree to pay for what they are asking. Apparently it would take another week, but they can't promise you that. This place is a huge disappointment. Please save yourself the hassle and don't ever come here! There were more BS, but I am trying to keep it short. Don't bother with the manager, Gail Shipclark, ITS USELESS. We have asked to speak with her. We were told & shown that a text message was sent to her mobile, and that she will contact us ASAP, even if she was away. It has been OVER a week since that text was sent, and still we did not hear from her. The least I could do is write this review and make sure that everyone I know,should be aware of this place. 1 star only because I had to in order to post this review.
