This is a good business to support. I have found a hidden gem of a computer service place. It was in Westtowne Plaza near the corner of Dixon and Islington. I almost missed it! I brought my aging iMac in for service and the shopkeeper was surprisingly knowledgeable and patiently checked for problems while I waited. Long story short, my iMac is faster and is working perfectly. Covid restrictions were enforced and I felt quite safe and satisfied. Bought a refurbished Dell i7 laptop from Malik. I checked prices around (Canada Computers, Best Buy etc) all had higher prices for the same laptop. Only thing that could be better is the return policy - wish I had more than 30 days warranty. Overall, I'm happy and will be returning. read more

Our company had used SuperTech as a supplier for Refurbished Desktops and Laptops over an 8 month period and purchased 17K worth of product in that time. Unfortunately for Supertech Computers we had to discontinue our support as their support and customers service on their products were not reliable. In the end, when we required their help we found our emails requiring assistance on defective products from SuperTech we not being responded to. read more
