My experience at iRepair Junction has rekindled my faith in the tech industry. After the Apple Store told me in no uncertain terms that my iPod touch was beyond repair, I had as much as given up. I nevertheless went through the motions of taking it to UbreakiFix. Shockingly, they said it wasn't beyond repair- that I simply needed to install a new part. That was the good news. The bad news is, it would cost almost as much as the iPod cost new. Desperately wanting to retrieve some sentimental content, to transfer to the cloud, I was nevertheless willing to pay. To make a long story short, they lead me on a wild goose chase, leaving me in the lurch for weeks, with no trace of my order, only to finally tell me they were mistaken. I was not a happy camper. So I take it to iRepair, moved by some curious wind of faith. The gentleman has the patience to actually plug it in over night, and voila, my device is resurrected. Right around Easter too. The synchronicity was not lost on me. To this day I have no idea what he did, but it worked. The clincher? No charge. Graceful mercies abound. Three Cheers for iRepair. read more

If I could give this place TEN STARS I would. MASSIVE rave for iRepair in the Junction. My trackpad stopped working, I need my laptop for work. Roncesvalles Mac said this would be $100 for the Diagnostic + $100 for the "Rush". $200--before they even looked at it. No ballpark estimate on what the repair might cost on top of that. Walked into iRepair on Dundas, the manager Nyasha fixed it while I waited, 10 minutes, and when I asked the price, he told me to "Enjoy the beautiful day". Seriously!!!! I hate the Mac racket--all the bullshit costs and fuckery: you need a new part, you should just replace the whole thing, it will take a week, we need to send it out, blah blah blah. Why repair anything with them, when this place exists? Problem SOLVED: Just fix all your Mac issues here. 10 STARS! This week my iPhone died and I took it into iRepair here in The Junction. I was afraid I needed a new phone, or hopefully only a new battery. I found the gentleman who served me ( sorry I have forgotten his name ) to be most professional and friendly. There was none of that superior attitude that many tech shops seem to showcase. My apprehension was for naught. Turns out it was a quick fix. A little cleaning out of the charger connection and my phone was now taking a charge. 15 minutes after I walked into the store, a sunny day was made sunnier, with my phone up and running. Here's the best part. No charge! I will most definitely recommend iRepair to my friends. Excellent prompt friendly service. I will be back! 20 minutes later my phone was up and running. read more

I have been to iRepair on a few occasions, and I am very impressed with the quality of their service. They are friendly, they are fast, and they do good work at a fair price. Recently I dropped my iPad and needed to have the screen replaced. They did the job in a couple of hours. When I noticed the screen was glitching the next week they immediately figured out the problem and honoured the warranty - no problem! And again, they were fast, friendly and effective. replaced my screen and put in a new battery which made my phone like new. For the price I paid it was worth adding at least another one to two years life to my phone. Prices are not the cheapest but very competitive for the quality of work. Will definitely return if I ever have phone issues again. It's been over 3 months and the battery is still strong. My new screen is in a case under tempered glass so it's very safe and protected now. read more

I would like to recommend iPhone Junction. My iPhone was acting up and wouldn't charge, I figured it needed a new battery. Nyasha at iRepair Junction checked it out and determined I didn't need a new battery, and cleaned the charger connection - at no charge. It now works fine. Couldn't get my iPhone to charge. Was going to buy a new one but decided to give this place a chance. Very good decision. He took my phone to the back for 5 minutes and came back showing me a wad of lint he had fished out. Phone is now like new. He gave me some tips on how to avoid it in the future.
