They did a good job but are a bit expensive compared to other places…read more I brought my LG G6 in to replace the display that had been damaged by impact. They quoted me $230 to fix, which was a bit high since other places quoted $150 - $175, but I trusted they would do a good job so I allowed them to order the new part. Three days later I was informed that the part was in. On the way there, I dropped my LG and damaged the backing. I had taken the protective case off so they could replace the display. They ended up fixing the backing as well, stating that they could not fix the display unless they fixed the backing as well. However, they gave me a bit of a discount to repair both. Overall, so far everything is looking good and although a bit more costly, I recommend because they do good work.

"Not impressed" is how I would summarize my experience with this place…read more I went to this location because of the great reviews of the expediency and knowledge of the repair technicians. I was quoted a relatively high price (compared to the other places that I checked out), but decided to go along with it, given its rating on yelp. Instead, I had to return 4-5 times until it was confirmed that they couldn't fix my phone. I still ended up having to get a new iphone from apple. Arguably, there is no guarantee that a store can fix liquid damage, but I didn't appreciate the way that they went about addressing the issue. I specifically didn't like the fact that during my last attempt to fix it, I handed in my phone around 11:30 a.m. on a Friday and didn't hear from them until I physically went in on Sunday afternoon - there was no email communication. I think the red flag for the technicians should have been that my phone was never entirely charged, when it was given back to me. Perhaps the issue could have been noticed if it was left overnight for observation. Okay, so they did refund my money when they realized that there was no possibility of saving it, but the effort of going back 4-5 times was ridiculous, to say the least. It also meant that I didn't have a working phone for over 3 weeks. To add further insult to injury, I just checked out the final invoice that they sent out and realized that they took off the protective screen that I paid $10 for and did not refund me. I will not be going back to get that money back - not worth it.

Do not go to this place , they don't know what they are doing !!…read more This place clams to be Apple authorized dealer , I was recommended by an acquaintance to have my IPhone 7plus battery replaced, I was told that this place is not busy , no appointments needed and quite efficient, I was rushing to have it done before end of the year for the price of $35. So I left my phone there for 30min and went back and a different guy told me that they have difficulty opening my phone because my screen is not original, but no problem, please come back in another 15min, when I went back and finished paying , he goes it's all done but by the way , be careful there is a gap between your screen and your phone, so I slide my phone off my case and realized the screen is scratched up and it's damaged, it won't stick to the phone anymore, and he refused to admit that they broke it and tell me it's a cheap screen, that's why it broke . I was in a hurry for work and I left saving my breath arguing with him . Later my friends told me they have never heard of Apple authorized dealer !! My bad to save time . I ended up replacing my screen again and I don't even think the battery performs any better than before .
