My family and I enjoyed this neat place. We enjoyed the hot Cheetos cheese fries and the popcorn chicken combo. For the price, they are very generous with the portion, in my opinion. We ended up taking leftovers home. The order came out quite fast, didn't wait super long. It was crowded for a Saturday afternoon, but we were lucky and a table opened up when we walked in. They did have some seatings outside but it was way too hot to be out there. We got the watermelon slush and it was okay. My daughter and son enjoyed the watermelon chunks on top. My best friend and I went all out. We ordered the famous spicy mangonada, the ube milkshake, and the hot Cheetos elote. I have to say this place does an amazing job with presentation. Everything looked beautiful, just like it did on the menu. However the taste of the food was not exactly what I was expecting. My milkshake was great, but I felt a little bad for my friend because she had purchased both the mangonada and the elote, and she was not pleased with either one. The mangonada was really spicy and we both noticed a red syrup throughout that actually tasted like hot sauce (in a slush!). Also something to note is that the mangos on top are unripened and green. This is probably so that they can be so thinly sliced and stacked, but just not my preference. The elote had a smell almost like feet. I wasn't sure if it was from the crumbled Hot Cheetos on top of the cheese in the elote. We both picked around it trying to eat just the corn. Nonetheless my shake was adorably topped with a toasted marshmallow, sour candy belt, and marshmallow twist. If you're looking for an Instagram worthy spot this is it, just choose wisely. read more

I'm giving this place one star because of the service. The food and drinks are good, overly priced but good. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, here's the reason : The staff are completely distracted by their phones. There was a solid few minutes where everyone was just on their phones and not checking the receipts frequently to make sure orders are going out hot and fresh. It was one employee that wasn't doing anything for a while until he realized I was looking at my receipt wondering why it took over 30 minutes to get my food. Once he realized that my food was just sitting on the counter (no one had called my number, I was listening very attentively for it since I was starving) and his excuse was, "I'm sorry, I didn't see anyone waiting for food so I didn't call it.. I'm so sorry." My food ended up not being as hot as I expected, in fact the fries were cold and slightly stale. I feel like I wasted $15 dollars on mediocre quality food from it sitting out for so long. The drinks are also very inconsistent in flavor. read more

Everything here is delicious and deserves to be ordered at least once.....that cucumber water though.....the mangonada....makes anyone's mouth water. Awesome food and drinks, quick service but limited seating very strict about their receipt policy

This was our first time going. We loved the food and the drinks we got. The only reason this is getting a 2 star review is because of horrible customer service experience. I placed two separate orders. My second order was received quickly. However the first order took forever. I went to ask about it, and all that was said is "I will go check." Another 10-15 minutes went by and no one said anything. I again approached, and I found majority of the staff sitting down behind the counter on their phones. For a second time I asked about my order. She looked confused and again said "I will go check". She spent 5 more minutes in the kitchen and came back saying they made a mistake and gave my order to someone else and they would remake it. I asked if I would get compensated for the inconvenience and this error on their part. They were not willing to work with me, and it was evident that they didn't even care to help. Since my order was to go, the food I already received had gotten cold. Even when I asked if they could at least remake my cold food they kept saying no. To top it off, there was not even any manager on site. The employee said she had to call her manager over the phone. We were frustrated with the lack of professionalism and bad customer service that we just took our food and left. Hopefully we have a better experience when we go back! read more

I love all the drinks I've tried so far here! This chain is amazing and fun! The only thing is if you want true elote flavor this is not the to go for that. Lots of people misunderstand the fusion food that they have there. It leans more towards a bubble tea joint than a mexican one although their mangonadas are delicious. I got the Peach blossom tea with honey boba. It was really nice taste and had bits of peach and chia seeds which gave it texture. It had a little bit of sweet and sour. I was surprised there was a lime in the drink by the time i finished it. If you want to buy the milk bottle with my drink and it costed another $1.50, which was pretty cheap compared to how good the material of the bottle is The line was long but its understandable since there was one register. The people who worked there are friendly and helpful with our order. My friends and I shared a honey bbq popcorn chicken combo. We liked the honey bbq because its spicy and sweet. The fries were thin and crispy which were nice. The design of the place was nice but they should probably provide more seats because many people are starting come here as well.I will be commited customer but if you could lower the prices just a bit, it would bring in more customers. read more

The drinks are above-average in taste and flavor combinations. Definitely recommend the Lychee Crush if you like fresh/sweet drinks and lychee in general. The Horchata coffee is pretty bomb (cold cinnamon cream coffee as expected). The Cajun fries are made with skinny fries and that's good enough for me. The chilotes is fluffy chicharrones piled on top of elotes (pretty good). The crispy chicken wings are not that crispy, but the Sriracha Garlic butter sauce is damn good. read more
