I met Zuriel, the owner, when he came over to quote me for the remodel of one full bath and one powder room. I received very competitive pricing between Zenith and another company, however, we ultimately decided to go with Zenith. Vincent was our project manager and the people actually doing the remodel work were Jesus, Robert and someone else I never got the name of. Vincent, who is very calm and zen-like, helped make the entire process mostly stress-free which is helpful because it can be very nerve-wracking to remodel. He listens well, has good problem-solving skills, and a great memory so he never forgot all the little things we wanted completed. Robert, the tiler, did an amazing job. I'm very picky and it was hard to find imperfections in his work. Jesus and the other gentleman worked on everything else not related to tiling. There were a few times things were not done to our liking but they always worked on them until we were satisfied. In the end, we are happy with the result and feel delight every time we walk into those rooms. I especially love looking at the decorative brushed gold p-trap and water supply lines they installed under the console sink in the powder room (which, by the way, was not easy to do because the faucet isn't centered). So fancy! read more

There is enough stress and trepidation with just the thought of getting major work done on a home. Now imagine having to manage it all remotely for your aging parents while living out of state. Fortunately, Zuriel's capable team made the process as easy as possible. Communication was key in our choice to go with Zenith. Not only are they prompt in responding with a proposal for the project, which entailed a master bedroom and 2 bathroom remodels, but staying on the level and being transparent are all hallmarks of their team. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend them. Plus, most importantly, my mom gives them a big thumbs up! read more

I reached out to Zuriel from Zenith Builder regarding multiple project ideas for our home. He did a walk through of our home for our home renovation ideas. We also considered doing an ADU on our house so he sent out his architect to look at our lot to determine some possibilities. He was very communicative and responsive and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly both by texts and emails. Although we didn't get a chance to work with him this time around, I will definitely reach out to him next time for future projects. read more

It's a been a pleasure to work with Zuriel and his crew on a recent bathroom remodel at our home. Zuriel kept us up to date on the project, answered all of our questions, and made adjustment to our remodel without hesitation. His team worked very hard on our bathroom and made sure everything was done efficiently and up to code. Even when adjustment needed to be made after the project, he made the time to come over to handle the problem in a timely manner. For the quality work he performed, I felt his pricing was more than fair. Other companies I received quotes charged a whole lot more for the same amount of work. It's very difficult to find a trusting contractor these days but I found my trust in Zuriel to listen and support our vision. I definitely would give him a try . I think the pictures speak for themselves. We are happy with his services. Thank you Zenith builders! read more

We were looking around and found Zenith Builder for our ADU. They were able to let us look at a project for us to see their work and decide. Which their work was very good and we were please. I had a project for completely renovating the entire house. I contacted them by an introduction from a friend who has done multiple flips as a side job. I enjoyed the entire interaction with them a lot as Zuriel is a very easy-to-talk-to person and able to clearly explain details regarding the whole construction process. Moreover, their proposal document was very thorough and meticulous such that I could clearly see the whole picture. Although I ended up not working with them with due to the budgetary reason -- it's mainly because they use high-end materials and full-suite service -- but I'd like to highly recommend to contact them if you have any remodel/renovation work to do for your house. Surely it's worth! read more

My house needed a quick renovation this year due to a special circumstance. After interviewing multiple contractors with good ratings, I was about to sign a contract with one company that had great customer services and offered a sizable discount at the last minute which was hard to resist, but then I received a message from Zuriel, the head of Zenith Builder, who stated that his team was the only one to be able to meet my deadline with quality work, and Zenith Builders ended up winning the contract with their ultimate confidence that I looked forward to which was needed to complete my project within a limited time frame without compromising the quality. Special thanks to Vincent, the smart, humble, very approachable technical person who supervised my project daily with great care and diligence, who coordinated with different skilled groups with high efficiency so the project could progress with least hiccups, and who truly respected and valued a customer's ideas and input, and went extra miles to live up to their expectations. I was also impressed with a few more things about Zenith Builder: 1) Excellent customer services: They usually responded same day to any questions from a customer either via emails, text messages or phone calls; 2) Excellent accounting work: A major project usually involves large sums of money and numerous purchases of materials that many customers may rely on their contractors to take care of: Zenith Builder kept every invoice accountable to their customers, and updated them with accurate and timely financial statements; 3) Zenith Builder would send a professional cleaning crew at the end of the contracted work to clean the renovated location inside out, which was a very pleasant plus! read more

Zuriel met with us at the schedule time to provide a quote to remove the existing bathtub and build a new tile shower with glass panels & door. He was the only contractor who promised to complete the new shower in a week, and they did (also worked on Sat and Sun). Throughout the project, the project manager Vincent kept us updated with texts & photos. And he generally responded to all our inquiries within minutes. (This was a rental property so we were not onsite during the project). We were quite satisfied with the new shower. The shower glass installation was delayed because one of the panels was accidentally broken, so the glass subcontractor had to remake it, and due to the 7/4 holiday, the installation was finally completed one week late. We would rate the quality of the entire project to be 4.7/5.0; the value of the project 4.9/5.0. read more

Zuriel of Zenith Builder responded very quickly from the moment I contacted him for a bathroom renovation. We are quite pleased with the new bathroom and will definitely be recommending Zenith Builder to friends and family. read more

Zenith builders team helped build a Lifetime shed that was purchased from Home Depot. I contacted them directly through Yelp and they responded right away in a timely manner. They took their time to make sure everything was constructed the correct way. They were very professional and courteous. (Wore mask and gloves also). After completion, they also gave good tips on how to light the shed and other handy tips. They also took the time to explain how the roof was constructed so that rain wouldn't get in. Their manager Zuriel also constantly checked in and made sure everything was running smoothly. He also contacted me the next day to make sure everything was good. The major thing I liked about zenith is that they are flexible. We made a lot of minor changes during our project and they figured out how to make it work without extra charges. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Price was a little lower than other estimates we received, and the salesman didn't feel as pushy as other companies. We'll use them again next time we have a room to renovate! read more

Zuriel works really hard to earn his review. His team helped us renovate two bathrooms back in August 2021. We would definitely give them our business when there're any house projects in future. read more

I contacted Zenith Builder and met with Zuriel at the location for an estimate to add framing in order to install a garage door. The price was around the same ballpark more or less with other estimates. The difference was being able to meet in person and that the project wasn't too small. Foreman Jesus communicated with the garage door installer on what needs to be done. After it was finished, the garage door installer said everything looked good and the installation went smoothly. I'm glad to have found a local SGV general contractor for my future projects. Thank you to Zenith Builder and team! read more

Zuriel and Zach were awesome. They were responsive and also very thoughtful in the process of redoing the master bedroom, bathrooms, and kitchen. I didn't have a very good impression of contractors due to past experiences until I met Zuriel and Zenith Builders. I cant say enough on how they did a fantastic job during my bathroom remodel. The contractors I've worked with have the "we're doing it our way and our way only" mentality but throughout the project the Zenith team kept me informed and always asked for my opinion. Their crew is clean, responsible, and most importantly....honest. Something I rarely see in the construction business. In the end the bathroom turned out exactly how I wanted it... BEATIFUL!!! I would definitely reccommend anyone who is looking to do renovations to hire Zenith builders! read more

I hired Zenith Builder to remodel my fireplace. The price provided was exactly what I was expecting. They showed up with a full team of professionals. They demoed my old fireplace, framed the new one, ran gas and electric, dry walled and painted, all within a week. I couldn't be happier with the quality of workmanship everything turned out. read more

I had almost all of the hurdles of building repairs. After I had a mold remediation company remove mold from a roof leak from two years ago, we discovered the wood was damaged from termite. Long story short, after getting quotes from multiple companies, I decided on them because they were on time to the initial appointment and very communicative. They suggested that I used treated wood. This eliminated my need to call the termite company back to treat the area before they closed the walls up again. That showed that they were knowledgeable and thoughtful to my situation. Sure, treated wood costs more but still less than what I would've paid for the termite company. Since most of the wood was damaged, they replaced seemingly all of the wood! We had a slight deadline but they were still able to meet it. My tenant was very happy with how they covered everything, considering the rooms were his daughters' bedrooms. The whole experience was very professional. The workmanship is great. read more

The owner, Zuriel, communications were great. He's prompt and thorough. I had a difficult job replacing a sink. It's an undermount but isn't attached directly to the granite, it's laying on a wooden frame below the counter. That made pulling out the original sink difficult. All other contractors and plumbers wanted to destroy my granite for removal. Zenith crew was able to neatly and cleanly remove the original and replaced it with a drop-in.
