    Vietnamese Spring Rolls

This was a great experience. Nice little restaurant. Very cool environment and very friendly staff. I got their Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Chicken Pad Thai (medium spice level). This was all very delicious.

I've been wanting to come to this restaurant for a while now and I can't believe it took me this long. I had the pad Thai and my husband had the red curry and fried rice and OMGGGGG! So good! My favorite was definitely the red curry and the fried rice. Will definitely be back to try the pho!

The food is Fresh! Very delicious! The chef's are on top of their game! I got this to go and when I turned a corner the bag went flying across the floor board. But because it was packed perfectly everything was untouched. The staff is nice & the food is excellent. Also the lighting in the restaurant is soft and romantic.

Wonton soup with added vegetables. Spice level 3 and my lips are tingling! Fresh and delicious!

Service and food quality have changed so I am not recommending this place anymore. Everything I wrote in the past were true. I was impressed and loved the place. Ever since the owner lessened her visits, the quality of food went bad and the service wasn't stellar anymore because no one was watching them. We haven't gone there for several months although we gave it two last chances before I decided to write this new review of mine!

The food was plentiful, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is nicely done and the staff is friendly.

    05. Vietnamese Spring Roll (2 pcs) - Zero taste and had to be drowned in the peanut sauce.

The first time I came here everything was delicious especially the iced Vietnamese coffee. It was so good and I couldn't wait to come back. I came here again last night and ordered the exact same dishes: Tom Kha soup, drunken noodles and Vietnamese coffee. It was not good. The Tom Kha soup was good both times but please chop the ingredients. No one wants to fight huge pieces of meat and vegetables when trying to eat soup. The drunken noodles are sheets of noodle not cut thick like they should be and they had absolutely no taste. I don't think it had sauce at all. They put so much Thai basil by the time I picked it all out it was probably about 1/2 cup worth. There should only be two or three sprigs in this dish to enhance the flavor, not as much as they used, which drowned it out in a strong licorice taste. Lastly, the Vietnamese coffee was so strong and not enough condensed milk. I was so bummed. We ordered this as takeout and didn't discover our disappointment until we got home. Otherwise, I would have asked them to remake the noodles and my coffee. All the other reviews mentioned huge portions. For some reason, this town is obsessed with huge portions, but I much rather have a smaller portion and have it taste good. Unfortunately, like a lot of new businesses that open, they tend to be hit or miss and not consistent. I believe that is what eventually causes their closure. Hopefully this place can get it together and be consistent because it has a lot of potential. The inside is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will probably wait a few more months to see if they can get it together and will try again. Hopefully, it will be as good as it was on my first experience. Note. Pictures are from my first experience.

One of the best places in Tyler. Excellent and fresh. Had the pot stickers, panang, and khai soi. It's was all very good. I've been to lots of Thai restraunts, and this place is good. They had a musician playing when we went on Thursday. Nice place.

    Red Sea Basil with chicken.

Tried it out for the first time today and we will be back. Our server, Brandon was knowledgeable about the extensive menu, a friendly, clear communicator and attentive without hovering. The restaurant is clean and has a great ambiance. I ordered the Red Sea Basil with chicken,#2 spice. It was spicier than I had anticipated but the flavor was wonderful.

Food was exceptionally good. The tea taste like it was a little old, but was a really good place to eat.

It felt elegant but still welcoming and comfortable. The food was amazing across the board. There was a small mix-up with one of the dishes, but with a large party those things happen, and the staff handled it well. Our waitress was sweet, attentive, quick, and made the experience even better. Would definitely return next time we're in town.

They have a few dining options to choose from including the bar/lounge area, in-door dining and outdoor patio areas. We started in the bar/lounge area while waiting for a seat outdoors so we could enjoy the weather and live music. Our server was very nice and honest- even when he hadn't tried a dish he told us how others rated it. We shared the SEARED AHI TUNA appetizer and added an additional side of bread 8/10 (it honestly should come with more!) Each ordered the THAI GINGER COCONUT SALMON which I am still thinking about! 10/10 The portions were generous and I saved 1/2 to make room for dessert. I was glad to enjoy leftovers the next day. We finished with the DULCE DE LECHE CHURROS which were highly recommended by our server and did not disappoint in presentation nor taste. 10/10

My daughter had mentioned she heard this place had great pho so we looked it up and they happen to be open. It was good timing as the owner was about to go on a six week vacation to Vietnam. It's located inside the mini mall and you can't see any signage from the street but just walk into the area that says Rose's and you will find a store that reminds me aldi touch between a dollar store Ollie's. Just to the right inside the door you will find T's Sandwiches. No frills place here that is very clean but simple. This is certainly not the place for fast food, indeed many people called in and came by about 15 minutes later, only to still wait a few minutes. But nobody complained and it seemed like a normal part of the process. And everyone we saw come through we could tell were repeat customers who wished him well on his trip. Aptly named, the place really does some great American style sandwiches. My wife got the club and it was just fantastic, fries that came with it were amazing according to my college teenager who waited for my wife to finish and then devoured the rest of them. I asked the guy what the best order was and he said the soup (pho). My two girls and between us got the meatball, beef, and chicken soups. I thought the flavor was fantastic. This particular style has the grill flavor in it as he is cooking the meats on the grill and then infusing that into he soup for a wonderful, soulful flavor that I haven't had anywhere else and would also recommend for others. We also got the fried egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls, both of which were good. Slight word of warning as when he's cooking you can see smoke coming through the air and out to the open mall area so just be aware if you have allergies. The trick is certainly to put an order in and pick it up as he makes each order as it comes in and at times people waited for ten minutes just before he was able to get around and assist them...but again not one complaint! If you are in town and want a pleasant surprise just a few blocks off campus, meet up here. All that food, with bottled drinks added, came out to $60 which I thought was a great deal! This place would be worth a diversionary trip if you are in the area.
