My husband and I were chatting about the options and a nearby man chimed in about Vienmex - come to find out it was Jared, the owner! We talked for a while about other stuff, he was very kind and told us all about his wife's restaurant so we decided to give it a try. Happens to be the best of both worlds cause my husband always wants Mexican food and I always want Asian! It was a Monday night so only 2-3 other parties inside. The place has a fun atmosphere and lots of table games which was great for our 3 kids. The food was awesome! We ordered the monster platter to try a little of everything. I loved the sushi taco! The only problem was a bit too much heat from jalapeños. We had the egg rolls as appetizer, they were crunchy and yummy and served with a cooling dipping sauce. He had unsweet ice tea, nice and fresh and I had a Coke Zero. The Coke Zero came in a can and when I went to buy a second, the owner would have none of it. Gave me a second one. I attempted to put $ in the tip jar for it and he politely refused , 'my place, my rules. It's a blessing to serve you, both.' The menu is quite extensive and we'll go back!
