It's Zaxby's. It tasted like Zaxby's, and that chicken is always good. The young men and women working the drive trough were courteous enough. I had called in a family order of 3 chicken finger family packs for my crew, and had given them a head's up 15 minutes out, and I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. That was disappointing. Also, for some reason beyond my comprehension, they were OUT of ketchup (but was informed that the truck would be delivering the next day (?)). What a Joke !! Pathetic Management !! Look.... I see 10 people working, 8 of them in the kitchen. Someone brought a child into the kitchen area and 5 employees are doing nothing. My guest number is 9; I've been sitting here for 10 minuets and they just called out Now Serving number 1. I see 7 people still waiting on food that was waiting when I walked in. The girl taking my order 'Davierra' is yelling out to customers with a careless attitude. The drink station has to be the nastiest I've ever seen. Multiple drink selections are out. The CO2 is out and all the drinks are flat. Why didn't I just go somewhere else. Wish now I had !. Well; just called my number. Been here 19 minuets and the order is jacked up. So what can I say about this place? I can't think of any good things really. The wait is always really long and they always seem to make me pull over to the side to wait for my order even longer. Also, the customer service is almost non-exsistent. Do you have an extra 3 hours in your life? Then you should go to zaxby's. It's a Zaxby's. They have chicken and that's pretty much it. It taste same as every other Zaxby's I have ate at. The food is good and dependable. If you don't want a burger but you are not ready to commit to fine dining, this is your place. They should offer baked potato instead of those fries out of the freezer isle at Publix. read more

I got a house zalad with a medium drink and a regular fry for $15.73. The salad was the least full i have ever seen a salad. Their promotion is advertising a salad for $8.99 but of course the price was about 9.59 after adding the chicken, I guess (of course not this stores' fault). The fries were not only soggy but were way over salted. My salad was also very salty for some reason. I worked at a zaxbys a little over a year ago and I have never had a salty salad like that before nor was the bowl barely halfway filled. I won't ever be back to this zaxbys ever. I have been here before and have gotten soggy fries almost every single time. For a while me and my friends would drive across town just to go to the other one. I would not suggest this Zaxbys at all, go to the other one. Some of the workers are nice but not all. My mother in law and I went here one night for zalads like we frequently do. She had a problem with her last order and the manager had gave her this salad for free. Well I ordered and paid for mine, we waited for them to come out. I doubled checked them as we have a tendency to have them wrong. I checked my and what a shock, it was wrong again. So I sent it back to get it fixed. Then I had to send it back a second time. And a third and finally a fourth and guess what?!?! IT STILL WASNT RIGHT!! I've tasted just about everything on the menu and it's all great. My only real complaint is that they never seem to be able to get the sauces right. Every single time I go there, I have to check my bag before I leave and get them to give me the sauces I'd asked for. For example, their Nibbler meal comes with 1 ranch sauce. If I ask to add Zax sauce, I get that instead of the Ranch. I've even specified that I wanted a total of 2 Ranch sauces and 2 Zax Sauces. What I got was 1 of each even though I was charged for 3 extra sauces so again, I had to get them to get it right before I left. read more

Always had good food and service in prior years with family. But yesterday, two house salads with grilled chicken took way too long. Waited 20 minutes and was told still waiting on the grilled chicken. One person was waiting longer than me. So I asked for a refund. Took the manager another 5 minutes to figure out what the cashier had done wrong. Then they tried to give me the grilled chicken while the other person was still waiting. I refused. He got the chicken and said it was 40 minutes. Employees were playing tag, eating and drinking behind the counter. Table was dirty while two employees were sitting next to us. Two salads and two small drinks were $20.50 ? I will avoid this place from now on. Sad. read more
