I should have known better to come to this Zaxby's after seeing a 2.5 star rating. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and when I got home I had salty fried chicken and a black burnt eggroll. I heard so much about Zaxbys !! Today I got To experience it for the first time. I decided to do a drive thru order on a busy Friday evening! Although the line had a bit of a wait time I think they moved as fast as they could and that was nice. I also saw a lot of teamwork inside and that made me happy. Zaxby's apparently doesn't have a manager managing theses young people on Laburnum , because they don't dress appropriately to work serving food to customers , no custome r service skills at all and they don't care drive thru gives you anything dirty containers with your food in them , cups madhed up so bad top won't even stay , I could go on and on , it's sad read more

I'm stuffed! And for a mere $8.19 USD. This is my second Zaxby's experience, and considerably better than the first, in Georgia. I've been waiting for Z to open for several weeks, now. Today's my lucky day. I arrived mid-afternoon, and first noticed no trash receptacles in the parking lot. Is this the coming trend, then? It's the second time I've mentioned such absence in my review. Had to use the restroom first thing. Small scraps of paper strewn about the floor, and several drops of water on the floor where one would not expect to see water. To top things off, the toilet seat was wet, even though I looked first. :( So I make my way out to order. The Zaxby's Club Meal which comprises the Zaxby's Club, Crinkle Fries, and a 22 oz drink. They have Coke products. +1 for Zaxby's. I pay my $8.19 & take the proffered cup to fill with tea. Sweetened or Unsweetened. The Unsweetened Tea is quite good. My order came up within about 5 minutes. I rarely have anything good to say about anyone's Crinkle Cut Fries, but these were decent. Lightly dusted wish Paprika, I probably would have eaten more had there been any. Then the Club Sandwich. Very good; very sloppy. I wouldn't jump to order it again, but is was very good. All personnel were friendly. There were a few crumbs on my banquette, as well as on the the two-top where I sat. The noise level was far from deafening, but was more than this diner cared for. Normally, I'd say that I'm reluctant to return, but I would like to give these guys a chance to move up to 4 stars from 3. Right by the airport on a beautiful lot. Couldn't ask for a better lunch spot with friends. I strongly suggest a straight Zac snack and some fried white cheddar bites. Very clean with a good atmosphere. 100 choice coke machine. The signature dipping sauce and fries mushrooms were delicious. Those are all the good things I can say about this place. All of the other food was horrible. I had the boneless wings meal with the original sauce and ranch. There was twice as much breeding than meat and the sauce was bland. The ranch and honey mustard were not good either, the honey mustard smelled like glue too. The fries tasted like cardboard and none of the food was hot (except for the mushrooms).
