I would give this zero stars if I could. We used to go here in a used to be good. We just spent $20 they're on their chicken club sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken in the sandwich. When I brought it back to the counter The lady didn't even apologize and just took the containers and gave them to the cooks in the back and they laughed about it. My husband is team zaxbys having lived in georgia whereas I am a raising canes fan. He only gets his fix once, maybe twice a year & it was spoiled eating at this zaxbys location. The store wasn't the most clean, women's restroom hadn't been looked after in a while (no tp, trash laying by the can), the floors had that slick, greasy feel like you didn't want to take another step because you fear dirtying up your shoes. The staff were nice enough, but slow as molasses making the food. I'm pretty sure they were butchering chickens out back, hence the wait. The food though was lacking, the fries in my 4 piece tender order were either mushy or stale like they came from separate batches. The coating on the tenders fell apart leaving me w/ a greasy mess. My husband wasn't satisfied w/ his sandwich (overcooked garlic bread, spitting out chicken tendons). Gross. Last time I went, both people who went with me got food poisoning. The chicken was incredibly undercooked and the fried mushrooms that my friend got were almost whole mushrooms, and presumably rotten. The one who ate the mushrooms had to go to a clinic while one who tried to eat the undercooked chicken got by with vomiting for a day. I didn't eat my food after hearing their complaints. Not to mention, the cashier was completely unaware of anything going on around her. She answered any question we had with a shrug and, "Uhhh... I don't know I just work here...." On several occasions I have been charged for a drink upgrade I did not ask for. I always order the same combo and am always asked if I want a large drink with that. I always say I want what comes with it for price posted. Of course they take your card and run your payment before they hand the drink out to me - only to realized I have been charged more. But we sat at the drive thru menu waiting for someone to take our order for 20 minutes before we drove up to the window to try to flag someone down. My wife finally got out of the car and walked inside and asked if anyone was working drive thru. There were two girls in the dining area just standing around shooting the breeze and they had no idea what time it was and that they were still open. Though the food was ok, the tea tasted like they did not rinse out the dispenser at all. Also, manager was very rude. When your cup has a hole in it, and he will not give you another until you bring it to him so he can throw it away is ridiculous! It was spraying everywhere and he would not hand me a cup to transfer my drink first. I gave him the spraying cup and told him to forget it.
