Service was decent, but the food is way overpriced and honestly not that tasty. It's not a place that I'll be revisiting.

Wings and cheddar bites were both old and dunked into the fryer to heat them up, instead of making fresh. Re-fried food served by lazy workers. They couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for their job. Either that or they're just too stupid to know how to cook food. You know, the drooling moron types that should only be allowed to work by cleaning other people's toilets. Live close by and really like their ZAX SALADS!! My fav chicken is the Foo in Mobile - but they do not have a good salad. Very friendly and fast service here. But Stay away from the fried pickles here - too greasy. read more

I been to this Zaxby's location multiple times and have received multiple dining experiences each time. This location seems to have a problem with consistency. Today I ordered a fried chicken Cobb salad with no bacon. When I got done driving thu the insane Schillinger Rd traffic and got home I opened my Zaxby's and found bacon all over my salad. To make matters worse this was a replacement order for a previous Cobb salad that I received with bacon on it as well. read more

Chicken fingers are getting smaller and smaller, still tasty so far, fries are alaays seasoned good, so much so you don't need to dip them in anything. Best coleslaw of all the chicken places. The Texas toast is actually good, smear some sauce on it add a finger, fold and you have a nice snack. 3 stars because of the size of the fingers plus the price is going up. read more

This was my first visit to a Zaxby's and I really liked it! I ordered the traditional wings n' things which included 5 wings, 3 small chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, and a slice of Texas toast. With a drink the total was just over $10, including tax. The wings were covered in their original sauce which resembles Frank's Red Hot, and is tangy hot without too much of a burn. The fingers were accompanied by their own Zax sauce which is a creamy and tangy dip. I was honestly surprised a "fast food" wing place could be so good. So call me pleasantly surprised. Here I am, in L.A. (Lower Alabama), having moved here from Southern California. Essentially the South and Cali are the same. Haha! I'm kidding. Ain't nuthin similar about the two areas. But that will be in my book. For now, let's concentrate on something y'all do in the South that Cali people don't. Chicken Tenders. Whole restaurant chains are devoted to these things and I love em! My fave is a small chain called Guthrie's. But in a firm second place is Zaxby's. Zaxby's fries chicken and then puts it on a plate, between bread, or on a salad. It;s crispy and moist and delicious. The Zaxby's sauce is amazing. THEN they go ahead and serve up some crinkle cut fries, seasoned ever so slightly, served piping hot. THENNNN they offer a big ole piece of Texas Toast, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. All top notch and reasonably priced. The Big Zax Snak is something you won't find anywhere other than the South. Glad I'm here to munch on it. And so much more. I usually get the Zaxby's club WITHOUT mayo and 8/10 I can expect to be scrapping mayonnaise off my sandwich. I realize this is something very small in the grand scheme of things but it has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth when it concerns this restaurant. Not a fan. read more

Lady on intercom that took our order did not do anything wrong and her voice was clear except she spoke so fast and did not hold the button down long enough that it cut off what she said and we had to keep asking her to repeat.
