We order online which is an easy process and someone picks up. The market salad is delicious. The waffle fries are less processed and more like potatoes than fries. The club sandwich is scrumptious. Ambiance is always great during pickup. I split the salad into two meals (lunch and dinner). Enjoyed every bite. read more

Lauren was the best worker there. She greeted us when we came in to get our breakfast, she came over to our table to ask how the foods going, and she gave us compliments. The food was amazing and I hope I see this girl again. #lauren deserves a raise read more

Online ordering was easy as always. This location has a mobile thru which is great as to not be held up or hold anyone up. However after the menu boards the line splits but no clear instructions on which way to go. So naturally I went to the shortest. When I got to the window,, sir did you have a mobile order? I did, well that's for the outside line. Kinda different than the CFA I frequent. No "My Pleasure or anything as we left. read more

Very slow service when only couple cars in the drive thru. Also did not ask what type of sauce I wanted for my nuggets. Neither of the gentleman said My Pleasure when we said thank you. Maybe that has been loosened but they were very cavalier and did not pay attention to detail. Not the usual experience. Food was good as usual. read more

Ah, I hate to do it! They were previously 5 stars for me but something has changed... and not for the better! A few weeks ago, I dropped by and ordered a sweet tea with lemon and large fry but ended up with a sweet tea and a medium fry. Eh, not the end of the world especially when it is highly unusual for them to make a mistake. I didn't want to go back across town to have them fix it so I just took the small loss. However, today, went to pick up lunch and the lettuce on these sandwiches is disgusting and inedible. It's wilted and slimy. You can see in the provided picture that this isn't acceptable... The one thing that is still consistently good, was the gentleman taking my order. He was very nice and efficient. Pleasant interaction with him. :) read more

Normally I wouldn't write a review for bad food but I have been craving chick fil a for weeks and finally had time to go out of my way to get my typical large fry 12 count nugget meal. The wait wasn't bad I just did curbside but I was in and out pretty quickly especially considering I was sort of he lunch crowd. However, this was the worst chick fil a I have ever had in my life. My fries were soggy and under cooked the chicken nuggets were honestly gross the breading wasn't sticking to the chicken and it wasn't the typical chick fil a texture or flavor. It tasted like they were made by a grandmother who doesn't love you. read more

Good, polite employees. The chicken nuggets are the best. They have never gotten my order wrong. All restaurants should follow their lead.

Chick-fil-A - LOVEEEEEEEEEE - Fast Food Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

This is my favorite of the 4 chick fil a restaurants in MOBtown. It's also the newest. This one is well run and the service is fast and extra friendly. The system that is set in place by the company is used well here and that is extremely important because this location gets crazy busy at times. I've even seen the GM and the owner/operator out directing traffic off of airport Blvd into the parking lot to keep things flowing and not creating a jam on the oh so busy Airport Blvd. the food is always delicious and fresh and they make the best sweet tea ever. I definitely recommend this location for fast, friendly service read more

This may be the most friendly place to eat in America. The employees are wonderful and are obviously there to serve you. So many employees at other restaurants are simply there to punch a clock....Not at this Chick-fil-A. This CFA location was very clean and looked to be one of their new store formats. Congrats to the Management and to the employees. I had a wonderful breakfast and will return when back in town. read more

What can I say about the Chick-fil-A? Probably nothing you don't already know but I don't like the app. Let's start there. I can get a chicken breast only or a breast and toasted bun for less than the sandwich. So yeah, check out the app. It's definitely worth keeping. So on to the food, amazing chicken, great sides. I have since moved from fries to the super food side and I am glad I did. This time I bought the 12 nuggets but would usually get the 30 because its a better deal for me and my furbaby. read more

Wonderful place. I love all of the CFA locations, but this one stays so busy that even during off-peak hours, lines are wrapped around the building and you have to park elsewhere. But it's worth the walk. The food is great. The staff is fantastic. My kids love the indoor playground. read more

I cannot believe the way I was treated today at this CFA. I work down the street from this location as I'm visiting the Mobile, AL area for seasonal disaster relief work. I was on my lunch break but had to run a few errands while I had the time since we work 12 hour shifts and barely have any free time to do anything but steal sleep. I popped in at this CFA, parked in one of the spots out front, and created a Carry-Out order while I was on the phone with my hotel tying up loose ends there (they over-charged my card). Once I was done I went inside to the Carry-Out" counter as I was instructed by the app, and waited for the employee or anyone to assist. There was about 4-5 employees behind the counter in view, 2 who appeared to be working the drive-thru and the others In not entirely sure what their tasks were but they were all moving all over. There was no 1 other customers standing up to the counter, I was literally the ONLY person standing there looking at the team members across from me wondering how ugly I must be after SEVERAL employees (both drive thru workers included) made eye contact with me but didn't utter a single word. I stood there for about 3-4 minutes and was NEVER even acknowledged. I thought I'd go to the restroom, pinch myself, and come back and I'd surely enough be greeted AT LEAST like a human being. NEGATIVE. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes with not a single team member acknowledging my presence. The female working the drive thru finally said something and asked with a weird tone "Can I help you, sir?" A very weird question to ask if I'm in a CFA store and you're a CFA employee that's watched me stand here and witness you assist other customers in the window. I think a better question would have been "How can I help you, sir" but of course that's with assuming helping me is what she actually wanted to do. I don't think she or any of the other team members on the clock cared to do at the time! I explained I was there to pick up the order sitting right in front of me on the "Carry Out" counter with my name on it but I surely didn't wanna just walk in, grab food, and walk out. She dismissively responded lYiu can just grab it." I just grabbed my food and walked out. I will NEVER come to this location ever again. It's ridiculous when it's your first encounter at a place of business and they treat you like you're their arch enemy or have wronged them. Absolutely disturbing to say the least. read more

I would give this 5 stars but today I was very disappointed with the service because they messed up our order and did not apologize for it. Manager has a bad attitude and many staff members were rude, which is unusual for a chic fil a

This is a great location for Chick-fil-A... not only is it minutes from my house it's one of the newest locations in the country. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I was sitting there eating my breakfast one morning and one of the managers came and offered me a free spicy chicken biscuit. They offered to refill my coffee and asked if there is anything else they can get me. They keep the restaurant spotless and the drive thru seems to be very efficient. I look forward to visiting this location more often. Chick-fil-a is known for their great customer service and clean restaurants. This location is no different. I'm not sure what happened to this first reviewer, but one bad experience does not merit a 1 star... you go and decide for yourself. read more

Food is excellent. Service is always friendly with a smile. Even on those early mornings when I come in a little on the GRUMPY side. They just returned with a smile and a good morning. The only downside is because of the great service, sometimes they have a lot of customers. So seating may be a problem. read more

You can't not love Chick fil A. Everyone here is always so nice. I come to this CFA often because it's close to South and they never gotten my order wrong, forgotten anything, or been rude to me. Michale Smith, about 5'6" with glasses and brown hair, who was there at 9am on Friday November 3rd is by far the rudest chick-fil-a employee I've ever come across. I realize I came at a busy time and had a large call ahead order, but he was short and very abrupt when I asked a question about my order. The rest of the team taking and handing out orders definitely saved the review this go round, they had the same great attitudes that keep me coming back! I just hope Michale Smith isn't there when I do order again! read more

I can start with its strengths.... they have plenty of staff and they are busy. They seem to handle the load well. There are people who check in on you at the tables which is a nice touch. The down side is that for the most part there is a remarkable inconsistency in their food. For example...they clearly have the best chicken soup in Mobile...but when served cold which happened to me yesterday....hardly enjoyable and although they took it back to heat it up that took far too long and we sat ..and we sat.....Their chicken sandwich (spicy) has options but in the dim of the restaurant and a new kid at the cash register who was being trained and could not hear me and I really could not hear him...they messed up the order big time. The waffle fries again served cold are hardly worth ordering. I did not send those back because of the chicken soup experience. They are busy but have serious internal control issues. The amount of staff is not the problem...their quality and training level leaves much to be desired resulting in varying levels of consistency and quality to the experience. read more

I love this place! I witnessed the best customer service act at this location that I have ever seen anywhere. An elderly gentleman came in during the morning rush hour to pick up 9 chicken sandwiches and fries. He insisted that this was the order and it was called in. Instead of the manager telling him that they didn't serve that during breakfast he told the cashier to ring it up and gave the order to the back. Shortly after they found the order under another name than what the gentleman gave and was able to find his order. The gentleman was totally in the wrong, but not once was anything said to him about him being incorrect and he was treated as if he we're right the whole time. They always get my business! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I was so excited to learn that a new CFA would be built, especially it's right by where I live.
