The wait wasn't bad I just did curbside but I was in and out pretty quickly especially considering I was sort of he lunch crowd. However, this was the worst chick fil a I have ever had in my life. My fries were soggy and under cooked the chicken nuggets were honestly gross the breading wasn't sticking to the chicken and it wasn't the typical chick fil a texture or flavor. This is my favorite of the 4 chick fil a restaurants in MOBtown. It's also the newest. This one is well run and the service is fast and extra friendly. The system that is set in place by the company is used well here and that is extremely important because this location gets crazy busy at times. I've even seen the GM and the owner/operator out directing traffic off of airport Blvd into the parking lot to keep things flowing and not creating a jam on the oh so busy Airport Blvd. the food is always delicious and fresh and they make the best sweet tea ever. I can get a chicken breast only or a breast and toasted bun for less than the sandwich. So yeah, check out the app. It's definitely worth keeping. So on to the food, amazing chicken, great sides. I cannot believe the way I was treated today at this CFA. I work down the street from this location as I'm visiting the Mobile, AL area for seasonal disaster relief work. I was on my lunch break but had to run a few errands while I had the time since we work 12 hour shifts and barely have any free time to do anything but steal sleep. I popped in at this CFA, parked in one of the spots out front, and created a Carry-Out order while I was on the phone with my hotel tying up loose ends there (they over-charged my card). Once I was done I went inside to the Carry-Out" counter as I was instructed by the app, and waited for the employee or anyone to assist. There was about 4-5 employees behind the counter in view, 2 who appeared to be working the drive-thru and the others In not entirely sure what their tasks were but they were all moving all over. There was no 1 other customers standing up to the counter, I was literally the ONLY person standing there looking at the team members across from me wondering how ugly I must be after SEVERAL employees (both drive thru workers included) made eye contact with me but didn't utter a single word. I stood there for about 3-4 minutes and was NEVER even acknowledged. I thought I'd go to the restroom, pinch myself, and come back and I'd surely enough be greeted AT LEAST like a human being. NEGATIVE. I stood there for another 2-3 minutes with not a single team member acknowledging my presence. The female working the drive thru finally said something and asked with a weird tone "Can I help you, sir?" A very weird question to ask if I'm in a CFA store and you're a CFA employee that's watched me stand here and witness you assist other customers in the window. I think a better question would have been "How can I help you, sir" but of course that's with assuming helping me is what she actually wanted to do. I don't think she or any of the other team members on the clock cared to do at the time! I explained I was there to pick up the order sitting right in front of me on the "Carry Out" counter with my name on it but I surely didn't wanna just walk in, grab food, and walk out. She dismissively responded lYiu can just grab it." I just grabbed my food and walked out. I will NEVER come to this location ever again. It's ridiculous when it's your first encounter at a place of business and they treat you like you're their arch enemy or have wronged them. Absolutely disturbing to say the least. read more

This is a great location for Chick-fil-A... not only is it minutes from my house it's one of the newest locations in the country. The staff is extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I was sitting there eating my breakfast one morning and one of the managers came and offered me a free spicy chicken biscuit. They offered to refill my coffee and asked if there is anything else they can get me. They keep the restaurant spotless and the drive thru seems to be very efficient. I look forward to visiting this location more often. Chick-fil-a is known for their great customer service and clean restaurants. This location is no different. I'm not sure what happened to this first reviewer, but one bad experience does not merit a 1 star... you go and decide for yourself. read more

I can start with its strengths.... they have plenty of staff and they are busy. They seem to handle the load well. There are people who check in on you at the tables which is a nice touch. The down side is that for the most part there is a remarkable inconsistency in their food. For example...they clearly have the best chicken soup in Mobile...but when served cold which happened to me yesterday....hardly enjoyable and although they took it back to heat it up that took far too long and we sat ..and we sat.....Their chicken sandwich (spicy) has options but in the dim of the restaurant and a new kid at the cash register who was being trained and could not hear me and I really could not hear him...they messed up the order big time. The waffle fries again served cold are hardly worth ordering. I did not send those back because of the chicken soup experience. They are busy but have serious internal control issues. I love this place! I witnessed the best customer service act at this location that I have ever seen anywhere. An elderly gentleman came in during the morning rush hour to pick up 9 chicken sandwiches and fries. He insisted that this was the order and it was called in. Instead of the manager telling him that they didn't serve that during breakfast he told the cashier to ring it up and gave the order to the back. Shortly after they found the order under another name than what the gentleman gave and was able to find his order.
