I will go ahead say that in my opinion, I like it better than Zaxby's and Guthrie's! And I love both of those places. This location is rather small, so during a busy time it may be hard to find a seat; but the chicken and sauces are what make it great. O yeah-did I mention that I got an entire box(5 fingers, fries, bread, Foo sauce, and slaw) all for about $7! The chicken tenders are light and crispy, and the sauce is just incredible. I also like the fact that it is served quickly, and that they use ketchup that is non GMO and no high fructose corn syrup! I will definitely be coming back here when in Mobile. I'm a fan! read more

This local Mobile chain serves delicious, fresh, and fast food for a very fair price. My usual order is a bigger box without slaw and double fries. The chicken always has a crunchy exterior with a moist interior no matter what time of the day I go. My favorite sauces to get are ranch, honey mustard, and of course, foo sauce. I feel that the bbq sauce is a bit too vinegary and the sweet and sour sauce is too thick for my liking. One thing to note is that they do have an additional charge for water. I've never been to Raising Canes or Zaxby's so I can only rate Foosackly's on my experience there alone. We ordered a couple of 3 piece snack boxes, which included 3 chicken fingers, fries, and a piece of Texas toast. We also chose honey mustard and Foosackly's as our sauces. The chicken fingers were kind of measly. I hope it's because we ordered snack size. There was barely any meat there. I'd hate to think that the boxes were just more of the same. The Foosackly's sauce was odd to me - way too peppery. The food did its job though and kept us satiated until we had snacks at a reception a few hours later. I've been a fan of Foosack's since the beginning--I'd even skip class in high school to get lunch from their Dauphin St. location. I look forward to indulging whenever I'm in town from New Orleans on holidays. That being said, the quality in terms of portion size has gone down tremendously. A few years ago, a "box" would be stuffed with delicious, crinkly fries and the tenders would be huge and meaty. The last box I ordered had a pitiful smattering of fries at the bottom and a few shriveled fingers that were more crust than meat. Please see my attached photos for evidence of this. The taste is still good but I feel like it really goes against the funky local business and branding of Foosackly's. I'll still eat here because it is delicious but I'm probably going to side-eye them just a little bit. I'm not a fan of the coleslaw. I normally sub an extra foo sauce (it's crack, I swear) in lieu of the slaw. If you order the toast eat it right away--it gets soggy in the steamy heat of the styrofoam to-go container. read more

My Speech and Debate Team was driving home from New Orleans and our car just happened to see a sign for what we would soon laud as the epitome of chicken fingers- or chicken toes as one of my teammates quirkily put it. We were expecting just run of the mill chicken fingers, like Zaxby's, but it was so much more. First off, the service was spectacular. The staff was so nice and conversational. It felt like we were all just friends hanging out in this chicken restaurant which we just sort of happened upon. Regardless of how good the staff was, our food was unparalleled. This might be the four or so hours in the car talking, or just the shared experience, but these were absolutely the best chicken fingers ever. We decided to try all the sauces, and needless to say, every single one was pretty much perfect. Also, as someone from Georgia, I feel qualified in saying they had maybe the best sweet tea ever. Crispy golden brown crinkle cut fries and the best piece of Texas toast you'll ever have, with the perfect amount of butter and garlic. The only thing "meh" on the menu is cole slaw... and that probably has everything to do with the fact that I hate cole slaw! They also have delicious sweet tea and lemonade! I've had Raisin Cane's before and I'm sure there's always a debate between the two places. I really liked Foosackly's more. The chicken was more juicy and bigger here. I love all the dipping sauces, sooo goodd. I also really liked the Sweet Tea here. It's always standard for me to order Sweet Tea everywhereeeee I eat in the South because there's nothing like that in California. The reaction I always get in California is "If you want sweet tea just sweeten it yourself". When I went away to college Foosackly's is one of two restaurants I missed the most. I had to have my Foo before I left to go back to school every time I visited. I have since transferred, and I come here frequently on my lunch break from USA. They are always very busy during lunch but they are fast and efficient at moving the line. I usually get a box, no slaw, extra sauce. My favorite sauces are honey mustard and foo sauce, my mother likes their BBQ sauce. Yesterday I tried their chicken finger sandwich and it was good. The next thing I'll be trying is the bufoolo sandwich. I am also happy to report their sweet tea is proper southern sweet tea. read more

I NEED THIS IN MIAMI!!! This place is unbelievably good! First time here we didn't know what to expect or what to get.
