I was looking for a decent fast food joint to grab a quick bite. My choices were Sonic , Mc Donald's, Burger King and Popeyes. Upon reviewing all YELP reviews, I came across Foosackly's with mostly positive reviews. Since I'm not from Alabama, I was unfamiliar with this chain. I decided to give it a try by ordering a kids meal. I have to say, I left pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Have ate here multiple times and my experience has been nothing short of excellent each time. Today was no different but I had a large order for a party. Ethan, the store manager, was beyond exceptional. He, as well as his staff, acknowledged me the moment I stepped up. Realized my order was a large online order and there was one ahead of me. No big deal. My wait was maybe 5 minutes and on two different occasions Ethan spoke to me saying we are working on your order now and your order is nearly complete. Awesome. Once complete he offered to carry said meal to my truck. Again large order but I respectfully decline as I'm a young man and didn't need the added help. His store had plenty of orders coming through at once and his efforts could be better placed elsewhere. After I declined he took the initiative and said well let me meet you half way and get the door for you and walked straight ahead to do just that. Obviously I didn't need the help. It's not what this is about. It's a manager who took the additional steps, who not only acted as if he was another employee in a large company but presented himself in a manner that made him appear as an owner. By doing the little things, by taking pride in his job, by stepping up even when clearly not needed. Business only go so far when the owners place care in it. But when the employees do as well. That's when a business thrives! See I am a new business owner learning all these new things. I own a local food truck and that's the kind of customer service one would expect from a very small business when the owner himself is standing right there working as well. The food is ALWAYS excellent. The service is awesome, the workers are very friendly. I'm from alabama, but I'm living in Maryland. Every time I come home to visit family, My son, and I get so excited because we get to eat here. In my opinion, they're just as good if not better than CFA. Last year's visit, we ate Foosacklys 5 out of the 7 days we were here. We would be eating more, but I had complications with a medical procedure that I had, and not really wanting to get out and do anything. I would have much rather had Caines instead. The fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty seasoned grease. The positives are you have options on the dipping sauce. The price was also a positive. Some of the best fast food chain chicken tenders I've tasted. Their tenders are seasoned so well, you don't really need any dipping sauces. Love the toast also. Wife and I always have to stop by Foosackly's when passing through Mobile. I think they have one in Pensacola too, not sure though. read more

I drive 30 minutes to get here because I am addicted to their Kung Foo sauce. It's so good!! But the last few times I have noticed its more liquidy than normal. We went today and my husband says they watered it down. You can tell it's watered down and it just doesn't even taste the same. So I know I am not crazy since my husband noticed it too today. Foo is my favorite and this location has gone downhill. The fingers are smaller, too crispy and not as tasty as before. The fries...they are a far cry from what they used to be. They are hard and taste old. I love this location because Semmes has only a few good places to eat. Somebody needs to pay a visit and they need some original training. read more

This location is very efficient. I've never had my order wrong. The employees are courteous and seem genuinely nice and happy to serve you. The food is always fast and hot. The chicken is pretty good. However, it seems like the tenders are getting smaller and smaller every time I go there. Half the size of a tender from most anywhere else.
