This DQ is convenient to my house and clearly it is my community's laziness that keeps this place in business. We don't want to travel far, so we accept whatever. It took almost 4 minutes to place my order and I was in line...I was at the speaker waiting! I ordered 2 chili dogs, onion rings, 2 tenders and a hibiscus lemonade. Honestly 3 minutes top to prepare. Nope another 5 mins later. This place just takes way too long to get your food for it to be never better than mediocre. The food was average. The two stars are solely for the tenders. The hot dog was dry. How?? The onion rings were slimy. They should have been fried a little longer. And the hibiscus lemonade ended up tasting and looking like watered down Robitussin. If all you want are tenders and a fountain drink, it's a fair stop. Anything more? You take your chances. Just make sure you have time to wait. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Hibiscus Lemonade? Or watered-down Robitussin? Tussin for the win! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Mobile, Alabama

Mini blizzard and hot fudge sundae for over $10. Asked to put chocolate sauce in Blizzard to make chocolate, they charged me an extra dollar. Never had other stores do that before. Didn't tell me it was extra. Wasn't chocolate, more like dirty white. Only 3/4 of cup full, ice cream smeared all over side of cup as they didn't even bother to wipe it down. Very soft and somewhat runny. Sundae was a bad joke. Maybe a tablespoon of fudge at most. Skimpy ice cream serving as well. Want quality product and service? Go somewhere else. It's awful. Seriously, how do you mess up ice cream? Go to Walmart and get 2 or 3 cartons for what you pay for this. Free spoons at the Deli. Wouldn't visit here again if you gave it away. read more

Came for a pumpkin pie blizzard. No one was wearing masks. That threw me all the way off.

RAW MEAT. come here if you want to wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and then still get your order wrong and have it not even cooked. They forgot our ice cream, somehow got a plain hamburger wrong and forgot one of our burgers and once we finally got it, it was raw! there's literally only two people working any time you come. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I literally asked for a choco brownie blizzard and not a single piece of brownies were in it. I even asked for extra brownies!!!! And we waited a good 20 mins before my husband and I even got our orders read more

I went in to the store last night with my niece and nephew. We walked in and went to the counter to order but everyone was too busy playing around. There were 3 female teenagers working, no name tags so I can't tell you their names but one had blue hair, one have blonde hair, and then one had black hair. They finally saw we were standing there, not a hello, not a what's up, just simply "what do you want?" Finally got our order and to no surprise it was incorrect. I went back to the counter to be met with attitude and a side of eye rolling. We will not be returning to this location! As a business owner, I strongly urge you to be a little more mindful as to who you hire or have better supervision because obviously they have no sense of customer service. read more

Get to the window and there's only one banana when we ordered two banana splits. Okay fine. Give us one take the other off. No nuts on it. Gets nuts. Asked them to take it off as well. The original total was 35 so tell me why after you took TWO BANANA SPLITS OFF THE BILL I STILL GOT 5 DOLLARS OUT OF 40 AND NO RECEIPT AND A DOOR SHUT IN MY FACE. I do not suggest going to this location!!!!!!!!! read more

Fine establishment. The dining area could use a bit of cleaning but overall just your typical DQ

Walked in on way to beach & flashbacked to a stop 3 years before.... Can't believe I didn't remember nightmare visit then before beginning to place order.... As owner/manager/man at counter yelled to ask me "what sauce" after asking for clarification..... Have never understood people that apparently hate dealing with people wanting to be in a service industry?? Lock on restroom door apparently broken so long that a sign had been made to "knock 1st". Not very clean or esthetically pleasing. Obviously, VERY rude to the point of seeming to be in a Seinfeld episode.... in backwater Alabama. Will hopefully remember next time passing through..... & avoid like the plague! read more

The food is pretty good but the service is awful. I ordered a new sandwich that promotional signs on the front windows, signs on every table in the dining area, and signs on the registers were advertising and the cashier told me they no longer have that sandwich. That by itself was annoying but the way she said it implied that I was an idiot for not knowing that already. My friend ordered a sandwich without sauce and they actually argued with him saying they didn't know if they could make the sandwich without sauce. Then when we tried to get our drinks the machine was out of ice. When we asked the cashier if she could get ice for us she went to the machine to check for ice before she would give us any read more

I'm a Dairy Queen "fan". This is not the best one I've ever eaten. The cheeseburger was cold and pitiful. My were good and hot. They tasted good as well. Fresh grease? Probably. The wait was a little too long. The dining room was in need of some TLC. I tossed around the idea of going to the restroom before I left but decided against it. read more

I love DQ Blizzards, so on my way to the beach stopped by this location for a meal and dessert. I ordered their $5 buck lunch with burger and upgraded to blizzard. The burger was hot and fresh and my blizzard was awesome as well. Loved it Keep up the good work. read more
