She told me I couldn't get strawberries on the side and that they had to be on the snowball. Because of that, I canceled the strawberries. When I received my snowballs, there was no condensed milk on them. When I asked about it, the lady in the back said she didn't charge me for condensed milk. I explained that I did ask for condensed milk, and she responded by saying it would be $1.07. I had no problem paying the $1.07 - I just wanted what I asked for. Instead of simply adding it, she started hollering and speaking with an attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but there is still a way to talk to customers respectfully. Why not just close for the winter at this location? Seems you'll be losing more money staying open than just throwing out the half empty containers of the remaining flavors.
